I'm very happy. Unlike numerous other dealers, Highland Tire was able to find, fairly unusual, tires for my truck. They were very pleasant to deal with and were able to rapidly get tires and rims and get them mounted and balanced as well as an alignment, oil change and instal fender flares in advance of a cross country trip.

These guys are great at tires, but they are horrible at mechanics. Mechanics stated that my engine was blown and I need a new engine because he did some kind of test and he was wrong. Another shop said he was wrong and they don’t wanna give me my money back they don’t wanna talk to you. They’re nasty. Amanda is extremely nasty. If you’re doing anything other than tires, don’t go to the shop this is the second time I’ve had a problem. The other time they screwed up the alignment on my tires and messed up my $800 set of tires. So like I said anything other than tires it’s not the highlands that it used to be

this place is good for tires and that's it. They installed a bad thermostat on my car and told me my engine was blown and then recommended another shot because they didn't want to do the work. I drove it over to the other shop and I said no it's not a bad engine and double checked it and said that the other shop had installed a bad thermostat which was highlands tire. Shame on me though because this is the second time I've had a problem they did an alignment on another car of mine and it pulled hard left and insisted that it was a tire pressure when I finally brought it back in and they looked at it everything was off and I apologize but that doesn't help my $800 set of tires does it

If you want your rims destroyed, this is the place to go. Brand new vehicle with 1200 miles taken in for new all season tires. Came out to immediately find all four rims scratched and gouged. Attempted to rectify and female owner claims it’s from curbing my wheels, she was defensive and wanted to take my tire off again to look at the bead. After damaging the first time, I refused to allow them to take tires off again, and for what? The damage was clearly visible. Judgement filed and judge ruled in my favor. Not only the rim issue, but they couldn’t get the locking lug nuts off, she ordered the wrong size tires after a lengthy conversation of the tires needed/wanted, they didn’t put my old tires in the car, and I had to go back in and tell them to get them when that caveat was clearly written on the work order. I’d give them a zero but since I can’t, she gets a one star for the only thing right she did and that was send me my check within a week. I wouldn’t take anything to them. They have young 20 something year olds working in the garage who clearly have no consideration for your vehicle. She told the judge that by me walking out and inspecting the tires that were an inch taller than what was on it, it was a red flag and I was looking for a new set of rims to have for both sets of tires. Travel nurse here, I clearly don’t need to pull a scam on anyone. It was more for the lack of taking responsibility and being accountable for what her employees did.
