1225 Ritner Hwy, Carlisle“I’ve been a member for almost a year. My trainer is Megan. The facilities are first rate and Megan is an excellent trainer. I get highly personalized training that helps me to maximize the benefit of my sessions. She is very consistent in focusing my training on areas where I need improvement, and her approach during our sessions is highly motivational. She’s also a lot of fun. She makes me enjoy the suffering”
“Carlisle Core is is friendly and supportive. They provide 1:1 body training in an educational environment. Jon is attentive and encourages me to work at my level but pushes me safely to make gains.”
“Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Emma at the Carlisle Power Train. Both trainers have been exceptional. Their motivation and support has been crucial to helping me meet my fitness goals. I look forward to every visit.”
“I was only in town for a few weeks and was super happy to find a gym that would allow me to workout for little money without any commitments. Amanda was great and the gym had everything I needed for a good workout! It was clean and had lots of equipment/room to meet all my needs. If I'm back in in the area again, I will definitely go to this gym.”

Appalachian National Scenic Trail, Carlisle“Beautiful day to go hike this section! We did from I 81 to Boiling Springs. Had a blast and saw quite a few people while out.
Parking: 7-10 spots there at 641 trail head parking”
“Always a bargain, if you use it! I can't tell you how many times I've noted that many people join as P F run special campaigns to get them to join. These people pay $10 or so to get the basic membership, and they come in Gung ho and work out hard for a day or two, and you never see them again. They probably are hurting from good intentions, but should have signed up for the full $20 black card and took the time to use the massage facilities and put the lactic acid back where it belongs and avoid the pain. Start out leaving a day to recover and do that routine all over again. I started out years before and quit because I hurt so badly. When I got on the post exercise massage routine, it made all the difference. Also, I don't know why they don't accept retired silver sneakers covered by some Medicare plans, but that might get some more retirees. Just sayin'. Still, best bargain in town! Good luck!”
“After physical therapy for some issues I was having, I decided that I wanted to start going to a gym, but also wanted to be sure that I would be working with someone who could help me to do the exercises with proper form. I appreciated how the Med Gym evaluated where I was at and crafted a workout plan to keep my improvement going. I feel stronger in just a few short months. Signing up for classes and having someone expecting me has kept me accountable. I plan to make the Med Gym a part of my wellness journey for a long time!”
