Cocky pudgy dude at the counter is disrespectful, and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if someone does something to him. He tried to tell me that the item I was selling is something they get all of the time, but with further investigation I come to find out that they actually do not know what they were talking about. I took my item to a specialist to get it quoted and the specialist himself said the guy was pretty dumb! The item that I took to them was actually rare, and not made any more and his fat self tried to offer me like 10 or 20 bucks! Mind you this was after he decided to play with said item! Completely rude, ignorant in the full definition, their store is a trash dump(literally), and honestly you have an uneasy feeling walking through the store. DO NOT GO HERE! Not even to buy bc their prices are ridiculous!

Bought a casement air conditioner for $265. Was suppose to be brand new in box.
Opened it and put it in, fan is broken in the back & the exhaust switch is also broken on it.
Wrote the guy who sold it to me & he said he would contact the “owner” of the store and get back to me. Never heard back from him, even reached out again a week or so later. Still no reply.
I got ripped off and conned out of $265.
Never again.

You know what's crazy they act like the stuff that you bring in it's cheap and doesn't have a good value they talk back to you like they think they know everything when they down very poor conditions of work environment and honestly I do not like they're sad and low-ball offers they should be completely ashamed and disqualified from their duties

This store is packed with merchandise. I felt the prices were high for what they have. The guy at the counter looked everything up to get a price. I was ok with the price of what I bought but if prices were a little lower I definitely would have bought alot more stuff. And some stuff wasn't marked. But I'll be back in soon.

These guys are awesome, went to a different shop before bringing my items here. They were able to give me more for my stuff than the other shop that only offered me $70, definitely check this place out if you have anything to sell or buy A+++

All kinds of tools to choose from, dvd's, video games, just about anything you need. The staff is great. If you can't find it there, they'll help you locate it somewhere else.

Funny how you would be a telephone tough guy and run your mouth on Facebook and then block me. Let's get one thing clear you ain't never done me a favor anytime I've ever come in there my cash is always been green and I've always paid for the items that I purchased. Now at the end of the day if you decide that you're going to take the offer I have that is a final sale there's nothing more nothing less. And to tell you the truth that guy had more to say about you Chris than I did I specifically told him the truth the fact that you guys only pay a third of what something sells for on eBay. So how is that talking bad about you or the store? Now if you want me to talk bad I can I can go on to the fact of how we can involve our personal lives but I'm not that petty.
