I placed a pick up order today. There was a sale on Pepsi products buy 2 get 2 free. The girl delivered to my car 2 6 packs. I said they are buy 2 and i should get 2 free. She said you have to buy 4 then they will give you 2 of those 4 free. I said it is the same thing. It does not state that on the site. She said you will need to come in to talk to some one. I am handicapped it is pouring down rain and i would have had to get my walker out of the trunk. I feel this advertising is a scam.

Have shopped at Giant for many years, but now too much time spent dealing with digital coupons and self checkout. Grocery shopping at Giant is now a chore, and I will be shopping elsewhere. Please hire more human beings and get rid of digital coupons. I am retired and have no interest in working for Giant.

Complete lack of respect for surrounding neighborhood. 450 east Main Street store in Middletown PA runs refrigerated trailers all night. When I called and asked to talk to store manager his response was it’s only going to get worse because thanksgiving is coming. Giant doesn’t want to spend money on renovations to add more cold storage so they park trailers out back let the diesel engines run all night long. To top it all off they have dumpsters delivered every Tuesday morning between 4-430 am that sounds like an explosions going off for 20 minutes.

Called customer service number months ago twice requesting Giant circulars delivered to my house with the other circlulars I receive. I have not received any. The new Giant store built on Cottman Ave is actually 1 block closer to my house than Acme which sends circulars every week. I see that customer service is not high on your list so I will not be shopping there

I have been a shopper at Giant from the time it opened. But, when I walk in and see signs through the store at the check out. That SU students get a percent off. Why don’t you do it for seniors? This upset more then just me

I ordered a cake for my husbands 80th Birthday from the bakery at the Giant at Dilworthtown Crossing . I requested some personalized decorations, having had a wonderful experience previously with a personalized cake . When I picked up the cake there was nothing personalized about - I was disappointed and annoyed , having left a phone number to be called IF there were questions . I wrote to corporate headquarters and to store management , and have had NO response from either - I am not looking for compensation, but an apology or some indication that I as a customer of long standing matter - EXTREMELY disappointed - there are other numerous grocery stores close by . Several with better prices !!

My name is Cheryl Hill, and I'm 73 years old. I want to COMMEND a few employees of your store at 539 N. Oak Avenue, Aldan, PA. Unfortunately, I don't know their last names, but would be willing to get them if you need them and are unable to. First, there is Maureen who works in the meat/seafood department. When I'm shopping for the beef briskets and I am looking for something that I know will cost me at least $70 but I'd like one under $100 for a 3 person family, she has consistently helped me even if it meant going in the back to try to find one. She has made suggestions for selections that would work for my small family. Secondly, there is Megan who works in the Deli department. She usually asks me how I'd like my items cut so neither of us wastes any of the product. When what I'm looking for isn't in the case, she dutifully trudges to the back to see if it is available back there - which it usually is. I know they're supposed to check anyway, but sometimes they don't bother because it's so busy and it's easier to say if it's not in the case they don't have it. Megan always takes the time to check for me if my desired item is not in the case. These two ladies ALWAYS make me fee like a valued customer. They are courteous, professional and go out of their way to provide a great shopping experience for me. Since I have a small but "finicky" family, I am usually in the market at least twice a week and am unable to exit without usually spending $100 or more - a fact that I can tell you has played havoc on my savings, but these employees make me feel valued as a customer and as a person, so I prefer spending my money in your store than other chain markets. These are the types of employees you want in your market, In this day and age when prices are continually climbing and everyone is searching for a bargain, it helps to be treated kindly, by thoughtful employees. I sincerely hope Giant will acknowledge the professionalism of these employees as they serve as a great example of how good employees should treat their customers! Finally, I will add Bill - a local manager with whom I shared my commendations of these two women. Bill himself impressed me by taking the time to listen to what I had to say. He did not "rush" me, although I'm sure he was busy. He thanked me for my comments, asked my name, and unlike the two local managers at a different Giant that I also frequent, who muttered under their breath and laughed at me before I could even get out of their hearing - Bill also made me feel like a valued customer. The store in Aldan is a neat, clean store with a variety of items and although not every employee seems anxious to be of assistance, they nonetheless are not usually off-putting and seem willing to help when asked. As a senior citizen this is greatly appreciated since I can no longer see as good to locate an item, or bend down to pick one up as well as I used to. Everyone can complain and I do as well, but usually because Giant has introduced me to a product which I like and begin to use and then discontinues stocking it - forcing me to visit a different chain store to purchase that item. However, I understand supply and demand, so I realize that particular product is not moving well, hence the discontinuance. Again, I just want to commend these employees and respectfully ask that Corporate recognize good employees accordingly. Thank you.

Place an online Order and picked it up the next day in Exton. The food was good but the pricing was incorrect. I had screenshots of the pricing in the cart. I called customer service and was on hold for 30min and reached a friendly woman who said that I would get a refund of approx $14 back to my original payment. I recall she worked from home and hear her dogs in the background. I never received my refund. Five days later I called and spoke with Jannelle and she indicated that there was no record of my previous interaction. I explained everything again and was asked to hold. She hung up. I called back and got her. She said it dropped for some reason. She said I would get a $14 refund and guess what... nothing. Surprise. not really. 11 days of waiting after 70min of holding and Giant is doing everything they can to push away a long time customer. I dont know how this is acceptable for management. I was always pleasant and would love to have someone review the calls to see what a paying customer experiences.

I shop at Nazareth pa Giant ... for the most part it is good except for this loud mouth lady that seems to be the head of the deli. I have over looked it for years but today that ended. I like my ham chipped very fine and she always has a problem rolling her eyes and complaining. I would never treat people at my work or anywhere else like she does because it is rude I have seen her upset people because they ask for their deli meat the same way. Today a lady approached me and said... that lady is nasty and you should report her! So here I am. She needs people skills or she should be outback unloading trucks where she dosen't interact with the public. A few years ago she sold us a party tray of moldy sandwiches! Ugh

Lancaster Pa.Willow St. Giant / Manager Jenna Eberly I had original receipt && unopened products just wanted to return and get refund SHE INSISTED && USED a calculator to deduct coupons I used ($80) in formula she refunded ($39.96) Giant has submitted and got the coupon value SO BASICALLY THEY FRAUDULENTLY SUBMIT COUPONS I'VE CALLED CORPORATE NO ONE HAS TENDED TO THIS SITUATION

I shop at the Shippensburg location, they frequently have expired produce on the shelves (yogurt, sour cream, tortillas) that I have personally come across. I know this can happen but what really does not make sense is how they have over a dozen people all 'working' up front to run a self check out and maybe two operating registers.Today I visited this location and wanted to purchase an item that was on sale for $7.50, when I rang it up on self check out it came up as $8.49, young man comes over asks if I scanned my bonus card, yes I did, and says he will help as soon as he's done with fixing an issue with the lottery machine. I'm holding my toddler on my hip while about 5 people just standing around at the customer service desk are just staring at me. After 7 minutes of standing there waiting I just put the item down and walked out. This is the worst giant I have ever been to and unfortunately I don't see complaining to management will rectify anything as I believe they are the problem. There should not be 12 people just standing around looking miserable up front when they can be pushing inventory, checking for expired goods, organizing shelves, etc. Completely unacceptable and management is to blame.

Done using online ordering for pick up. Too many times have you all incorrectly charged me. Too many times have I’ve had to call only to be hung up on, told there’s nothing they can do, or transferred more than once during 1 phone call. They need to get their online ordering system revamped because it’s terrible.

I hope this review get's RECONGNIZED by the Corporate office, I went to your grocery store on Thursday February 2, 2023 and was unable to get the assistance that I needed. Thank you, to Debbie Hutchison and Carrie King, who stepped right in and was able to assist me with my order, I had placed. I appreciate all of the help and they where very kind and courtesy. Again I just want to say thank you to both of the ladies for assisting me.

Awful customer service! I have referred many to giant direct with my link and I received an email this morning telling me one of my referrals made a purchase & it gave me my code to use for my coupon. Well I went to use it at check out and it wouldn’t work so I chatted and she said she would do it manually after I placed the order. Well I get 3 phone calls from them after …basically interrogating me …as if I was making this all up just for a coupon. I forwarded them my email I received too cause they wanted it. Jill and Gloria (a lead) not sure that was her real name ..she hesitated when I asked as if she was thinking of a name to make up. Apparently you need to know exactly who used your referral along with their info. Well maybe the email they sent should have let me know who used it!! ..why should I have to keep track when I refer many and share my link?! This is how you’re treated for getting them more customers. Well they just lost a very loyal one today and will lose many others when I get the word out!
