Worst customer service I have ever experienced! My couch would not fit the Manger was very rude and said "we should've measured correctly". I'm also currently being charged for furniture I do not have! Also furniture is very cheap. I went here in a pinch. It was right before Easter and my sofa was damaged i need a replacement fast. Mattress Discount King was able to have their wonderful delivery company out by weeks end! Delivery guys are amazing very helpful.Manager was rude to them as well. Next time will wait on Vaule city!

I called in on a Saturday to see about coming in to buy a recliner on Sunday. Simple enough.. He said "are you sure you can't make it in tonight" multiple times and when I said "no, ill be in on sunday" he tried to get me to wait until Monday to come in. He said "well, I won't be here tomorrow(sunday)". I said "well someone will be in, right?" He hung up on me! This isn't someone I know or have worked with before, he simply wanted commission. Disgusting customer service. I had every intention of buying from you, now I'll roll the dice on Amazon instead. Zero chance of supporting a business with employees like this.

My Husband and I went into the store here in Carlisle Pa. There was a sign on the door they give you the best price or its FREE... Well as we went in we found a couch that we were interested in. We found this same exact one @ Big Lots for cheaper then they were asking. We asked about price matching he said they do price match. Well the guy working called someone on the phone and told him the price. When he hung up they said they can price match it! They are falsely advertising... DO NOT RECOMMEND

Took 3 months to get a response from customer service. Bought a mattress set and the quality wasnt anything like what they had on display. Now they are saying we get a one time exchange but clearly they are "discounted" because of their factory defects.. just hoping they make it right this time. Although i have the option to chose, what they sell isnt at all the same as what they advertise/ display in store..

In May 2022, I was in need of a new recliner. This store had a special, only a penny down. I found a superb new recliner and the financing was a breeze-nice low weekly payment. UPDATING my review ;The manager reached out to me and made this situation so much better he was able to give me an update and let us know he’ll stay in touch until it’s delivered. His customer service totally made up for the lack of communication before with that being said if you’re flexible about waiting for your couches with supply issues that most people are experiencing this is a great place to buy from !

The worst place ever to buy furniture I bought a couch and love seat here 5-2018 it was the biggest mistake I ever made 599.00 plus tax for the pair save your money you get what you pay for the couch is shot and so is the love seat so stay clear of this place both should last more than 3 years id post a picture but no place to ad one I've had couches and love seat last 10 years so in the long run your not getting a bargain it's costing you more

So I have gotten a few things from them and never had no issues until recently. In October I paid for two side tables and was told by the guy it was in stock and I would get the tables in 4-8 weeks. Well I emailed customer service because the store had no information on where the tables where or when they would be shipped. So the store provided me an email for customer service because they don’t have a number. It took them 3 days to email me back and then they didn’t even bother to answer my concerns they just send a reply of their customer service hours. I than replied saying I wanted to cancel the order because it was over 8 weeks of a wait now. The lady Mary decided to get nasty and say that due to the agreement I signed I can’t get no refund and basically have to wait for whenever they send the tables. She I would reply back and ofcourse she would copy and paste the same response. I asked for a manager or supervisor and my email was ignored. A few days later after calling my credit card company they send me an email saying I can pick up the tables 12/10. I told them I had disputed the transaction due to no longer wanting the merchandise and long wait period passed the time frame I was told and Mary writes back with a smart response saying she will provide the Gary to my credit card company. I advised her to do so cause I dnt even have a copy of the agreement and I paid in full for merchandise I don’t have. Again I asked for a manager and corporates number and she ofcourse stopped responding. They really need better customer service and a contact number. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

So these expert furniture loaders, loaded my truck bed with a 3 piece sectional. It didn’t look stable so I asked them if it was, they told me it was fine as long as it was strapped down. And they assured me they do this all the time and it would be fine as long as it was strapped. So it was strapped with 5 ratchet straps and 3 bungee cords, and I headed home. Because all of the weight was in the air, it didn’t matter how it was strapped it was loaded incorrectly, a piece of the couch fell off of the truck. Another piece almost fell off and I caught it in time. So now I had to spend almost $400 to replace the lost piece of furniture after I was assured it would be fine.

This is NOT BOB's furniture and mattress discount king store. AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE STORE ADVERTISED ON TV. The owner of this store in Carlisle, PA. has used a deceitful way of using his name and posted signs with the same figure as the original except it says Bob not Bob's. Trust me when I say their practices are nothing alike. I advise everyone to STAY AWAY. They love to use the "Loop hole" technique.
