The place needs cleaned, they require a $5 minimum payment to swipe your credit card... Which is different from a debit card (which is what I use). There's no legal reason they can't do this but it is an absolute annoyance to customers. Also, I should be allowed to purchase whatever I want especially when I get charged a legal mandatory fee using my card which would be 3% or less... That's okay, not dictating my purchases so they can make an extra buck.
