Plenty of parking. This Dunham is inside the old Plaza mall. It's off the beaten path and most people forget about this store. Got a pair of Sneakers on Clearance for $40

I went into the store, spent over $800 on a Kayak and other sporting good items. I understand when a store gets a little busy, but, I was told by the manager that there were only 2 employees in the store and that she will ring out the 3 customers that were in line after me. That was fine. So, I went out and parked my truck and trailer out by the rear of the store and waited. Well, after 45 minutes, I decided I am done. I went back into the store and after waiting 10 minutes to get service, the manager walks up to the front of the store and says she forgot all about me. I saw a total of 4 people working in the store, including the one that came out to smoke and went back into the store. I told her at this point, all I want is a total refund. I will never go back to support this store at all.

About a month ago, I obtained a new electric handi-capped scooter, which is awesome. However, as much as I loved it, I didn't have a way to carry my cane or a beverage. I drove into Dunhams Sports and ALL my problems were alleviated by the staff, IMMEDIATELY ! Two ladies and one gentleman jumped on the problems and not only fixed the issues, but did it economically ! And to add to it, they refused to be compensated for all their efforts and time ! I just can't say enough ! God bless them !

11/5/23 The lady’s working the front desk are nasty and have bad attitudes and do not need to be working they just ignored me and my family when trying to get boots we stood in the store once for 15 mins then went and looked at other things and came back to the same thing and I asked for help from the front desk just to be ignored and have another person go up and say something and employees get nasty with them and also with each other and they just lost over $400 from me I planned to buy hunting bibs coveralls muck boots and possibly more
