On the surface they act very kind, but policy wise the language gets confusing and overpriced. When asked for an explanation I was given a complete run around. Bottom line, switched to Geico and literally SAVED HALF of what Erie quoted me on. Also, Geico offered more extensive coverage. Easy decision.

I moved from State Farm to Erie because of Deibler Insurance. Our neighbor had a homeowners claim and I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the claim adjustor and the process as a whole. She raved about how well Deibler's staff treated her during this stressful time. I called and asked for quotes and have been happy with them ever since.
