Tried to pick up a Rx and was told to come back in 15 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later and was again told to come back in 15 minutes. The Rx was for two boxes of insulin pens, not a hard order to fill. Pharmacist acted like she couldn't be bothered with Customer Service. When I asked why a different Rx had been cancelled by CVS, she stated she tried to contact my Doctor but when she was not able to, she decided to cancel my Rx. What??? Why not call me if she could not contact the Doctor? It's acceptable to just cancel a Rx when a small issue arises?

Be more friendly and helpful. Take the time to listen and show understanding to the customer. Make things easier not harder. Get the customers info when the RX is dropped off. Call them with updates or questions. This was the second time using CVS and sadly both times should have been better. I don't think I will be using a CVS again!

Been to a few different pharmacies and this one is the best. Dina is the best pharmacist! She shows that she truly cares and always answers all my questions thoroughly.

Been going here for over 2 years now, and I've always been satisfied with my experiences at this location. The pharmacy staff is generally prettt knowledgable, and they've helped field a lot of questions. They've been cooperative and good with handling any prescriber and/or insurance issues that have arisen. I like this pharmacy and its pharmacists a lot.

I normally take my scripts to Target b/c they are the cheapest when paying out of pocket (Target- $54 for my script, Anywhere else - $77 and UP). I recently moved into the area, and as always I took it to Target to be filled. This Target has been extremely disappointing for me since being here. They do NOT go by what your doctor says and when he issues your prescription slip approving you a refill. They go by when they last filled it which is 30 days and they will not budge, even 1 day sooner. So even if it's inconvenient for the customer to come back out the next day, they are so controlling they will NOT fill its been 30 days exactly!! In essence, the customer is treated like a drug addict or child that cannot be given their script 1 day early, despite their own doctor's approval of a refill. Second issue: If you are more than 40 miles away they refuse to fill it b/c they say your script is out of area. Never out of all the pharmacies that I've been too, do they deny a prescription b/c it's in a different county/city (FYI- My doctor is in York, PA). Most times, they will VERIFY with that doctor the authenticity of the script and then fill it. How else would one fill a script when they are out of town?? So, once again I took my script elsewhere, and what to ya know, they had no problem filling it....
