Incident #1 I came through the drive thru after receiving a message AND AUTOMATED CALL that my daughters prescriptions were ready. Wait in line a good 15-20mins, no biggie no rush. Lady at the window takes my info and instead of telling me the amount due she states my insurance doesnt cover the cost of her meds(no more than 20 bucks) I then tell her thats not a problem. I was then told that I had to pull back around because they needed to finish getting it ready ?so I did. Fast forward (incident #2) after receiving a message again that a new prescription(for myself) was ready and available for pick up.... I pull up to the window Your insurance doesnt cover the cost, ok again I can cover the balance(as always) the lady at the drive thru only tried giving me half the prescription because apparently they didnt have the other script in house. When i told her I would have my doctor send my prescriptions to another pharmacy she instantly turned into a magician and they had my presciption in house, I just had to pull around. I waited 10 mins for the to put my pills in a ziploc bag After that, I never used this pharmacy again.

It takes multiple trips and long waits to get your prescriptions. I understand a staffing shortage, but some things are just poor procedure. Why text me that a prescription is ready for pickup when it is not?

Save yourself the trouble and go to a small owned pharmacy. Routinely takes days to get a script through. Carries wildly different brands each time for the medication I get and routinely gives generics because shortages affect them more than any other pharmacy. Switched to a smaller pharmacy and have never had an issue with being given generic medications that do not work.

If I could leave a zero score I would. Every time I go to this CVS there is a problem. I waited 40 minutes to be told they hadn't filled my prescription.

Constantly getting some sob story about the Pharmacy being short staffed, waiting literal DAYS for prescriptions to be filled. So tired of it.

They need to go to 24 hours they cannot handle what they have when it takes 2 days to get your prescription that's unacceptable sometimes they have at least nine people in there and they're still behind

I just needed one item. My friend went in for me because I use a wheelchair. I needed a specific product for dry eyes. CVS had what I needed but I thought it was overly priced. NOTE: They DO accept the FLEX card there. In case anyone was wondering...

It takes days to get a prescription. My doctor called in an RX for me 2 days ago and if I had not called to check it still would not be ready. The line to pick up your RX is usually around the building. The last time I gave it 48 hours before I tried and waited in line 20 minutes for them to make me wait another 20 minutes for them to fill it. I NOW call ahead (also a long wait time) to make sure it is ready before I go pick it up. Be sure to pick it up in a week or the process will start all over and they will have to refill it. I don't think this is the employees fault. I think they are overwhelmed being the only CVS left in Carlisle and the people at the window are always pleasant. Just poorly run I think. Plus they shut down for lunch everyday. That is when most of us have time to pick up our prescriptions.

Like others this CVS is getting bad. It took me three trips to pick up my prescriptions. After getting a notification that they were ready I went to pick them up and they were not ready. I went back and had to wait 20 minutes in line only to have them close the window for lunch. I finally went by a third time and waited 15 minutes before I got my prescription. And that salesperson was rude. I will be taking my business somewhere else

They're a hit and miss with pharmaceutical services, but I never got why they have to all take lunch break at the same time from 13:30 till 14:00. Can they just rotate their employees so they can take care of their customers the whole time they're open? Mabye?

I went to CVS this morning and another customer and I were waiting in line, a cashier named Juziyah suddenly shut down the cash register and proceeded to walk outside, when we asked her who is going to check us out as even the self checkout is closed, she rudely snapped at us with a very bad attitude that it’s not her problem because she’s off the clock! I’ve never experienced such rudeness at this particular CVS as everyone else who works there is always very polite and nice which is the reason I come into the shop nearly couple times a week.

Please never order photos at this location as the machine is broken. I was informed the employees told corporate headquarters several times with no resolution. I had already prepaid for the order online of $769.33 and the store could not refund money.

All of my scripts lately have taken longer than promised to be filled. The customer service is bad. They are extremely short staffed. Leading to customers being frustrated.

I wait on my prescriptions because I don't live in Carlisle. The pharmacy is way too busy & it takes way to long to get a script filled. There were at least 7 employees behind pharmacy counter who appeared to be doing something & 4 at front of store doing nothing
