this is possibly the worst CVS I have ever been into in my entire life. Multiple people behind the counter doing different things laughing joking meanwhile you got 15 to 20 people standing in line and one cashier.. no one even offers to open another line to assist the 80 year old checking people out. The pharmacist behind the counter seems to think that it’s comical absurd.

I’m not sure who does the hiring for this store, but the lines are out of control store employee on her call phone on a personal call instead of helping at the front. The lady at the cash register very rude to the customer telling them they need to pay attention to what they are getting. I will never come back to this store again. Pam and Danielle very rude where is the customer service ever!

Amazed by the servce, this worker was running four regesters at a time and goot everything done in a timely manner, also makes their own medication, doesnt take too long for meds to be ready for pick up. But one time it told me my script would be ready at 12:03 PM and i waited for 2 hours-ish (About 1:47) to get my singular script.

My husband was in line at the drive thru, he was there ten minutes before 6pm. A woman looked out the window & saw him & another car waiting & closed the window. I'm glad I didn't need my meds last night. ? This was in Carlisle CVS by Walmart.

CVS in Carlisle is a very busy store. I use my coupons and always save money… every visit. Store employees are helpful and nice, always greeting me. Pharmacy is busy but they are great to work with. Jean S. Is never too busy to help. I think she and her team do a great job.

I usually do not have problems when I go in. Today there was a man behind the counter trying to run 2 different customers on 2 different registers at the same time. I had questions on my prescription. Couldn’t get them answered because he is trying to take care of someone else at the same time. I find this very disrespectful.

Incident #1 I came through the drive thru after receiving a message AND AUTOMATED CALL that my daughters prescriptions were ready. Wait in line a good 15-20mins, no biggie no rush. Lady at the window takes my info and instead of telling me the amount due she states my insurance doesnt cover the cost of her meds(no more than 20 bucks) I then tell her thats not a problem. I was then told that I had to pull back around because they needed to finish getting it ready ?so I did. Fast forward (incident #2) after receiving a message again that a new prescription(for myself) was ready and available for pick up.... I pull up to the window Your insurance doesnt cover the cost, ok again I can cover the balance(as always) the lady at the drive thru only tried giving me half the prescription because apparently they didnt have the other script in house. When i told her I would have my doctor send my prescriptions to another pharmacy she instantly turned into a magician and they had my presciption in house, I just had to pull around. I waited 10 mins for the to put my pills in a ziploc bag After that, I never used this pharmacy again.

Called to check on a prescription after 2 days, the lady who answered was not very nice, even the lady at Medicare commented she was rude. Not helpful, just said call Medicare, no other instructions or info.Never called to say prescription was denied or why.
I think I might change supplier for supplies!
I guess I was bothering her?

It takes multiple trips and long waits to get your prescriptions. I understand a staffing shortage, but some things are just poor procedure. Why text me that a prescription is ready for pickup when it is not?

Horrible lines and wait time to get a script. Not worth the few dollars saved going here if this place is in network.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a small owned pharmacy. Routinely takes days to get a script through. Carries wildly different brands each time for the medication I get and routinely gives generics because shortages affect them more than any other pharmacy. Switched to a smaller pharmacy and have never had an issue with being given generic medications that do not work.
