Wow the service here was amazing. This is the second time I bought a car from them. They treat you like family and they are never pushy. I loved that my wife and I asked all kinds of questions and they never made us feel rushed. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that wants the best cars in the area with exceptional service. Thank you Alan and Rodney for making my experience wonderful.

Great service, very helpful! Took time to get me exact vehicle looking for. Then couple months later vehicle having check engine light come on, manager took time to try and analyze cause and told me didn't want me spending money fixing things did not need to be done.. After a cple weeks ruling out simple issues, he literally made time to squeeze me in to have his mechanic look at it.Turned out to be simple repair and they took care of it and made sure no warning lights pending and said to let know if anything else comes up.Plus passed on rebate received for part.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, REALLY CARE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL NEEDS, MAKE TIME FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.. GO THE EXTRA MILE.. NOT TYPICAL USED CAR DEALER EVERYONE FEARS. TRUSTWORTHY!!

So at first everything was fine but I had the car for two and a half months and the transmission goes out ok just get it fixed right well my car has been in there shop for over two weeks and it is seriously getting on my nerves because they have the nerve to want me to pay money when my car isn’t finished and hasn’t been touched in two weeks next I call to see hey how ya making out with the money I gave you and I still don’t have a car I called them 7 times in one day and no answer I’m fed up with it and ready to get the law involved this is ridiculous !!!

I recommend not to buy from here.I bought a car from their 3 months ago. They inspected the car that needed tires had broken shocks and the check engine light come on 20 minutes after I drive it down the road. I put new tires on the car and now the motor seized up and they won't give me no money back. I had the car for a week took it back cuz I heard a motor problem and they told me it was fine now the motor is no good. They are a bunch of liars and don't trust the mechanics.

I got a car from them that was inspection with dry rot tires and 20 mins down the road engine light came on. I then took car back for them to look at the car because of engine noice and they said nothing is wrong. I am now taking it to another shop to get it looked at and if it is more than 300$ to fix I am taking it back and going somewhere else for a car. not happy at all.

The place has changed since a few years ago the staff is much better, Jim goes out of his way to make sure all is well and really cares , yes cars might have alot of mileage but they are dependable and there is no credit check what so ever and they do not try and push a car or sale onto you as a dealer does, it us the easiest way I've ever bought a car

Try other places first.... Bring your own mechanic if you do settle with them. Carlisle location has more cars.
