I ordered internet in july it is now september n guess what? Still have no internet took a month to get scheduled to be turned on. tech came out didnt tell anyone he was there then didnt check if the internet was on then left. I called asked why it is not on they said something is wrong and rescheduled for 30 days out again. Then after 2 weeks they rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Thinking of sueing this company for the cost of my mobile hotspot and time n aggravation.

Slow internet.Like barely 4 or 5 mb per second. To connect to wi-fi you need turn it off then onCustomer service James has bad attitude.

Worst Provider for Service. I pay for up to 15 mbps and only get 8mbps if it's a good day which is not many. I have called and email finally they sent a technician out. The tech. Came in my house with muddy feet threw out my house. Then I ask him not to move the box back in the kitchen. The technician did what he wanted. My husband was made when he went to our New Electric Panel Box and saw how the technician left wires hanging and exposed plus the technician disconnect the other lines for the phone jack. But the billing is on time and with COVID-19 CenturyLink charges you late fees! But Service is Poor and unexceptable.
