Was served by GERALD. Got the BEST DEAL today, he went out of his way to get me a nice colored case for my 1 of 2 complementary gifts! And reduced my total bill. Very happy I found Boost Mobile as the best cellphone phone network provider for my budget. Very pleased.

I went to the same Carlisle office 3 days ago, as my current phone got into water and I needed to replace it. The same male employee mentioned by another person was there. I asked about replacing my phone, he told me I was eligible for an "upgrade" (which I did not want, I am happy with my current phone, just wanted it replaced and my info carried over) and told me my current plan of $50.00 per month would now be $99.00!!! I said "NO! I'll go somewhere else, and took my phone back!" Went to ANOTHER Boost store close to where I work, and that associate was great, however.... she was only able to get my gmail on the new phone as my old phone has a 'blacked-out" screen so you cannot see anything on it! So here I am with a new phone, no files, no contacts, basically just email, and I have already paid my bill for the month!

Jeremy the guy with the neck tattoo, double pierced lip is mean and nasty, he lies, and just scowled and was grumpy the whole time. He needs to go. I'm switching to Mint mobile

Went to the Carlisle boost storeat 10 am and was met with two extremely rude employees who basically snapped at us about the pricing on helping us transfer and activate our new phones. They were also being rude and impatient with two elderly women. Not professional and definitely not friendly by any means. Not going back to that store location.

I'm going to try to find me another phone provider I've been calling them for 2 weeks that I'm not getting any service the representative told me I need to update and I did an update sometimes the phone rings sometimes it don't sometimes I can dial out sometimes I don't on the scale 1 to 10 I could only make a phone call maybe once or twice they told me they would compensate Me by giving me a free phone service for the month one person told me that they were going to give me $20 credit I received none of that at all

The best customer service ever. The gentleman who took care of me was busy but took the time for me. I’m not good at technology but he didn’t care and explained everything and did not make me feel stupid. He is extremely good at what he does and he makes you feel like the most important person in the room. Highly recommend him. I’m sorry I don’t know his name. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

I'll give the second star out of kindness, I'm so happy that I received poor service,as it made me decide to rethink this 6 year relationship as a reliable customer,and go down the street to Metro pc, they were awesome as soon as I walked in,and treated me as a valued future customer.If you want to feel like you're an inconvenience,boost can do that for you,or go just down the street where they act like they care and had a better deal.Sorry to inconvenience you boost,it won't happen again.
