I called early in the morning and left a message to get rates and find out if any units were available. He called me back within a few hours. He held a couple of units for me until I could get there after loading my truck. Was very friendly. The process didn't take to long and soon I was able to unload into the units. The storage location is outside of town a ways but I have not had any problems since storing my stuff there. Units were clean and close to each other.
