Unfortunately this was one of the worse Blue Beacon truck washes I have had in a long time. I had to go back and have them re brush my stacks and actually should have had them re wash the whole truck. For some reason them had problems putting effort into brush off the truck. The facility is great, the staff is really friendly and professional however huge lack of effort in there wash techniques. Definitely room for improvement here.

Washouts can also use the regular truck wash side too.
I am so disappointed in this BB. I have been sitting for over an hour and only 2 trailer washouts have happened and there are still 6 trailer washouts in front of me.
I am at least glad I came 7hrs before my appointment time to not be late.
Update, I have been sitting for just over 4hrs and second to next in line. This place is horrible.

We paid $130, but they didn't wash the mud flaps or fenders and didn't even touch under the hood, despite charging for it. When we brought this up, they were extremely rude and refused to refund my money. I recommend going elsewhere to save yourself some money and hassle.

Nice to talk to and deal with but wash jobs suck. Asked specifically to make sure the back of the sleeper is washed right because it's usually done poorly and still only half is clean. Missed other places also. Couldn't see till it was dry
