“The day before Thanksgiving, on my way from NY to TN to visit my daughter, my 32 ft motorhome started leaking gear fluid from an axle. After calling numerous shops without luck, I got to Fleet Pride (Carlisle) and Megan, who I believe is the service manager, answered the phone, listened to my situation, and told me to come right in. As soon as I got there, Clay, the foreman went right to work. It was already afternoon when I got there and my motorhome is not easy to get parts for, which I know from experience. “I honestly don't understand the bad reviews they get here. I've never had a problem with this tire center in the least. I got my new tires from Walmart and I didn't wait at all. They took my car in right away and had it done in about an hour. I was able to shop around while they worked on it and they just gave me a call to come pick it up when it was done. Their prices are fair and their people are honest. When I took it in for the new tires I had two new tire pressure sensors in my front seat because I knew at least one of mine needed replaced. I explained that I already had them to the mechanic and he told me that they might not be synced correctly with my make and model and that if they weren't, he had some that would work. I knew that mine were correct, but I honestly expected him to try to sell me his. But he didn't! He only replaced the one that needed it and left the other new sensor in my front seat. Anyone else could have tried to sell me a different one because I mean I am just a clueless young girl...right?! ;) I took my car back after 7500 to get the tires rotated and again, it got done right away. Even if they're busy appointments come first, so I always call in advance. I've never been scheduled more than a week from my phone call. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are so much better than anywhere else. I'd take my car here for anything tire-related before I took it to my normal garage, and I really love my garage!”
