So I did. they told me that I owed some sort of money to giant direct and that it was from an order in October. I asked how much and what was it for. The customer service lady said she couldn't tell me any details and that I have to be put on a call back list from the finance department that will take 24 to 48 hours. That's ridiculous because I use an EB”
