Would have left zero stars if I could: Called Shamrock Custom cycles (Recommended by some mutual friends ) and was told I could bring my bike down for state inspection. I told them I will be down there within an hour. They said no problem. I was down there in 45 minutes. Jim, the owner, and apparently the only one that can do an inspection, had to leave for some reason and was told by his assistant that he will be back in 20 minutes, I waited for one hour, then left. no phone call. No nothing. Waste of time.
Side note: stopped at Shamrock several times last year and a few times this year during their stated business hours and there is never anyone around. Most phone calls going unanswered. My advice- go elsewhere.

This place clearly has a hiring deficiency. The woman if that's what she can be called (female Danny Devito if you will) is extremely arrogant. Pulls in opens her 500$ jeep door into my $100,000 truck and then denies it as I'm showing her the door and my bumper. GarbageDale is a good location for this business.

Im at 3 stars because I dont know how the service even is here. Im generally asking this question... How do I get in contact with these people?? Im not lying when I say that I have been calling since last summer and so one has ever answered the phone. I left a couple messages and no replies. I have gone to the shop and have always seen a sign hanging saying that everyone is out at the moment and to check back later. Do these guys just not want business? Does anyone know of any other cycle repair shops around Carbondale?

Took my daughter's 07 Civic for an inspection and they caught necessary repairs to get her back on the road at a fair price. Plus the owners are the nicest people you could meet with beautiful dogs making sure everything is safe at the shop!

This place is a horrible place the lady was snobby and gave attitude every time you talked to her and they never answer calls they said my bike would take 2 days to fix and I got it back a month later with no work done to it and it wouldn't start

Very horrible service the lady behind the counter is an awful woman very snotty and rude very b***** like yeah my husband had a bike dropped off there they said it only take 2 days it took a month and a half my husband got tired of waiting and he picked it up today they gave him a very bad attitude about it didn't answer phone calls and if they did answer the lady would be such a rude person she doesn't have any social skills and there's something a little off about her very unhappy about their service didn't even fix the bike it just sat there for a month and a half after they said it would take two days what a waste of time and money I highly recommend going elsewhere place is also dirty and looks like a chop shop what a horrible experience and I'll be contacting the better Business bureau they will get their own karma

I dropped the bike there I was told that it was going to be done in a day or two I called a week later to see how the progress was going I got attitude pretty much for calling to ask about my bike I gave it another few weeks I called and said it's still working on it blah blah blah blah give me a run around so I got tired of waiting a month and a half later I called told them that I am picking you up on a certain day certain time I go there the open signs on the doors locked I had to wait for an hour outside and then when I finally seen somebody the b**** behind the counter kept giving me attitude and Mumble stuff under her breath and then they pull my bike out and it's not even fixed it's the same as I dropped it off useless and unprofessional place I would never recommend anybody going there especially dealing with a loud mouth like that it looks like a chop shop and very dirty place I would never recommend anybody going there a backyard want to be a mechanic and business owner shouldn't even be called that

Worst of the worst stay away from them especially the lady at front she have so bad attitude not welcoming at all and on top of that very poor mechanic job I had to go to a different mechanic to fix their stupid work so I had to pay hundreds of dollars extra because they did not do a good jobI'll never go back there again...

Had the windshield replaced for our car and enhanced inspected here recently and had a phenomenal experience from the 1st phone call to the drop off and pick up of our vehicle. Thanks to all that helped us.

Had an inspection done there several years ago. Wanted to give them more business but was informed they do not install customer purchases tires. And knowing what type of business they are in, I asked if they knew anyone that would. They said no. Well I know better and will not recommend this establishment. What's with these people that turn away money.
