Worst bank in the area, put your money in your sock drawer. You will be better off, staff is a joke, never had a tougher time to get my own money! Cash is king, keep your own, and stay away from this place! Nice to see that your loyalty means nothing, 20+ years and I can't cash a check here. What a joke, so glad I wasted my ½hr lunch!

This is not a jab at this specific branch but nbt as a whole, they took out coin counting machines from ALL their branches, nbt does not offer simple services that other banks provide, they used to have these but it seems like upper management gets lazier and doesnt care about what the people want.

The school side office has always been friendly and helpful. The staff are professional and will assist with anything a customer may need. I have been banking since the bank was First National Bank. I started with the Mayfield office that is now closed.

If I could rate negative 10 I would it seems like they steel money from people account $800 goes missing an it’s not a big deal then y have a bank ? I’m done with this bank until I get my stolen money back

I went in last Saturday and walked out very satisfied and very happy with the best service provided I opened up a new account there very good institution thank you for providing me with the best service possible you guys are awesome

Don't use their ATM to deposit money! When it breaks and keeps your money, it is your problem to fix. The account holder must come in person to file a discrepancy. So hopefully you don't work and can take time out of your day to fix your account because of a problem their equipment caused. Also keep in mind they only reconcile their ATM once a week as well. Thank goodness their customer service (800 #) seems far more capable and are more willing to help and assist. This is why people use credit unions not banks. If you don't know the difference, do your research! This branch could certainly use some retraining in customer service and trying to assist the customer. The first rule of customer service is to tell the customer what you can do not what you cannot do. Shameful experience.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

Went to have document notarized, but woman was too busy on a personal phone call about remodeling to take care of me. The rudeness is inexcusable & even the tellers were shocked by my being blatantly ignored while she talked on and on with her personal conversation. Never again!

Im overjoyed with this branch. My Debit card was hit on a thursday night at 10pm and by 8am friday i had a call from the fraud line. Never have i ever experienced this before i usually have to try and use my card to find out it was hit. However i called the branch and they said to come in and would issue me a new card thinking that meant they would take my information and send me one in the mail. NOPE! Within 30 mins i walked out with a new card in hand. Thank god because i was worried and nervous i wouldnt have any way to use it this weekend. I LOVE this BANK and would highly reccomend.
