10/10 experience with Nate Saar. He has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process - before I bought the car, and even now when I text him with any questions. He texts back within a few minutes and always gets me everything I need. He had a carfax ready for me, and even pointed out any concerns that I might have with the car (it’s pre-owned and he pointed out some small paint chips and scuffs on the wheels). I really appreciated the transparency! He even called my insurance company for me to help with getting my new car set up.

Everyone a Ken Pollock Mitsubishi were great. The sales team, service department and finance department were top notch. I also can't forget the General Manager. Great people. Highly recommend the dealership for anyone in the market for buying a car.Thanks Again.

Highly recommend the service here! I Came here for my transmission after another dealership (Motorworld) told me they couldn't look at my vehicle for 2 months. I called up Ken Pollock Mitsubishi and they got me in on the next business day! Wonderful! On top of that Shawn was absolutely amazing with updates. I ended up needing a new transmission, it fortunately was covered under warranty they got me a rental. Less than a week later I have my car back! Great experience all around!

2.5 years ago family member was in need of a car following an accident. Happened upon this dealership since it was local and we liked the new look of the Outlander. Nathan was extremely helpful and listened to concerns/needs - provided individualized service.Suggested another family member stop in to see Nathan when they were in need of car. They purchased an Outlander.After going to a few other dealerships as well as online shopping, pulled the trigger and bought the THIRD Outlander in the family just a few weeks ago! Nathan was helpful over the phone and at the dealership each time. Thank you!

David Baum was my salesman at Mitsubishi. He was extremely attentive, patient and accommodating to me with my difficult/unique situation. I had a co-signer on my car and needed help removing them and trading in the car for a new one. It was a stressful process and David was persistent and professional and had it all wrapped up in under a week which is pretty quick! I am very happy with my new vehicle! Worst customer service ever! Cannot believe the way I was treated . Called Ken pollock Mitsubishi because my car was shaking, turns out my front rotors were bad. Joe in the service department suggested I get new front rotors and brakes for $385 but I told him my brakes were still almost brand new. So he suggested cutting my rotors for a much cheaper price of $90. I said that would be wonderful and thanked him for being honest and saving me money. Took my car in to get serviced and when it was time to pay the bill it was $222! When I questioned Sean Jordan, he claimed that that was the price and Joe never told me it was $90. I stood my ground and said he absolutely did. Is there anything you can do for me? And Sean replied, “ No, that’s the price. Maybe you misunderstood and Joe said he was saving you $90.” (if you do the math, that does not add up.)I then spoke to the manager and he also said I would have to pay the full price, and that Joe never told me a price over the phone, that Joe is not even allowed to give price quotes.They treated me as if I made up the whole story . Clearly, Joe made a mistake and then lied and I got stuck paying a price that I could not afford at the time. The manager didn’t even offer any kind of discount.They took advantage of me, and I will absolutely never go there again! Shame on them!

Dont shop at this dealership. The general manager John is rude and unprofessional. Very unpleasant to speak with. Spoke to him about issues that ive been having with 2 Mitsubishi vehicles that ive had serviced at his dealership and was called a liar, yelled at told not to ever come back to ken pollock dealership un carbondale pa then was hung on. So please do yourself a favor dont buy from them and dont service your vehicles you'll leave that dealership with more problems than what you came in. Obviously they dont want your money with that kind of professionalism

Called and got a quote to get my front rotors cut. After my car was serviced they billed me more than double the price! I even spoke with the manager to explain what I was told over the phone. He treated me as if I made the whole thing up. Told me I had to pay the full price. Didn't offer a discount. Not even an apology.

My experience at Ken Pollack Mitsubishi was absolutely amazing. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano. My salesmen was David. He listened to me when I told him what I wanted in a vehicle. David offered me different opinions helping me find the right vehicle that would fit my everyday lifestyle. Everyone in ken Pollack was very polite. The finance department explained everything, and broke it all down. Ken Pollack Mitsubishi made me feel comfortable in my purchase with no pressure. David greeted me with a welcoming smile on his face. I've been to dealerships that attack you as soon as you step foot in the door ,but not Ken Pollack . I immediately liked the vibe when I came in. Not only did the whole appointment go smooth I got their at 10:00 am, and was done, driving off the lot at 12:30pm. Talk about a record. That has to be the fastet time in a dealership. David Baum is a fantastic salesman. I'll never forget my experience at ken pollack Mitsubishi.
