This is my 5th Brand New Mitsubishi vehicle and I LOVE them! This year we bought a 24’ Eclipse Cross. Magnificent vehicle! Rides like a lux vehicle, seats are ultra comfy, awesome stereo. Plus the app is fun and easy to use! Love it!

Car shopping is not one of my favorite activities! We actually had fun at the dealership with Dave and Greg! They even recommended a restaurant for dinner (which was great) and a pizza place we visited when we picked up our vehicles. We actually bought TWO vehicles and traded out Mitsubishi Sport and Jeep Cherokee! I was not a fan of extended warranties but after Greg explained the advantages we ended up purchasing all 3 options for both vehicles!!

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. From the moment I contacted them through carfax they were phenomenal! Nate was very intuitive answered any question we had. He told us how to get prequalified. We came in the next day, test drove and fell in love with our equinox. They were amazing through the whole experience! They offer fantastic warranties on your vehicle to make sure you’re covered if anything seriously goes wrong. Greg worked the numbers to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. You could tell he cared about his costumers as well as Nate. It was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I just bought a 2021 Honda Crv from Ken Pollock in Carbondale. John Baloga and his staff went out of their way to answer any and all questions I had concerning the vehicle plus gave me the best deal possible not only in trading my old car in but the vehicle I purchased. The staff was great to work with and will definitely be back.

I purchased a car from them in May. It runs so smooth! They worked literally all day to help me get a loan that works with my budget. & then today I stopped in because my brakes were making a weird noise & they fixed it free of charge & was very kind about it. I highly recommend buying from this dealer. They go above & beyond. I’m so thankful I went here instead of else where. ❤️❤️

Approximately 1 year ago I had a bug shield installed by you. When I looked at finished job, it was installed crooked. I did see the service manager at that time, who is no longer there. He said it was fine.I emailed Ken Pollock and he did call manager and told him to install another one. Service manager called me and said he will replace it. He never called me back saying a new bug shield was ordered and delivered to schedule an appt.
I called several times and was told it did not come in. This went on well over a month. The result is I never was called or set an appt. up for an installation. By now I gave up and have the bud shield on that was suppose to be changed. I will keep this one on since it has been a year. I just want this matter to be known to Ken Pollock.

I dropped my 2018 Outlander Sport off to have the summer tires put on, have the oil changed, and fix the hanging oxygen sensor wire. They called me and started suggesting recommend services (air filter and cabin air filter) which I declined. They then told me, in a manner which made is sound completely normal that parts should be falling of a 5 year old car with 66k miles on it, that my car's oxygen sensor mounting bracket has fallen/rotted off and that the repairs would not be covered under warranty even though I had purchased the extended 10 year 100k mile warranty when I bought the vehicle new.
You have lost a customer over this. In the past I have sent 3 other people down there to buy a car and I now feel like I screwed them over due to the worthless warranty! I was actually planning on trading my car in down there for a larger model but it looks like it will be getting traded in elsewhere. You lost a customer over $192 in parts!

Took my car there for the oxygen sensor wires almost dragging the ground. They told me that the part where the wires mount had rotted off along with a couple other of the heat shields on the exhaust. They explained it like it is normal for a 5 year old car with 66k miles on it to have parts falling off already. Of course the parts needed aren't covered warranty even though I purchased the extra warranty when I bought the car brand new. Last week my girlfriend and I talked about trading the car in on new larger Outlander but that sure as hell isn't going to happen now. Next time I'll buy from a buisness that stands behind their vehicles.
