So let me start this off by saying everytime I go to this pharmacy it's an issue. Today's experience has completely changed my mind.I worked with Ana, & she was absolutely amazing. I had gotten a new insurance, which is always at least a half hour to get done. Than just came from the doctors so I figured I'd be there at least 45 minutes- an hour. Nope. Ana came over, saw me & my toddler were sick & he was crying. She added my insurance. & checked us out. She was sweet, & kind. Patient. & you could see she truly cared & felt bad for us. Honestly, I can't believe she works at this CVS. From being forced to come inside when I had covid ( September 2020) because they refused to take my insurance card through the drive thru (dumbest rule ever) & having the window slammed in my face, numerous times of getting attitude from people to having the best experience I've had at ANY pharmacy EVER! Ana you truly are amazing & I hope you are appreciate your job because you are a good person. You made my week a million times better & so much less stressful. The worse part for me about getting sick was always coming to the pharmacy, not this time. I cannot say enough good things about you. I really hope to see you again someday! Thank you again for being such a good hearted person. I hope you see your good karma comes back to you 100x over! The world needs more of you<3.. CVS keep this girl & give her a raise!!!!

No help. When my sons prescription was wrong. They were no hope and the lady that answered the phone acted like I was an inconvenience for calling.

Pharmacy staff is terrible. Drive thru takes forever to get through. Takes them damn near days to fill a basic script. They're the worst!!!!

Most incompetent group of jerk offs I’ve ever dealt with. Waiting over 3 days for an antibiotic to come in. The day it says it’s supposed to be in I call and the ignorant woman on the phone tells me that the order just came in call back tomorrow and see IF the prescription came in. It takes a day to go through some totes and find a box of pills? Go anywhere else that here.

Doctor's office faxed 10 scripts, they had 1. Pharmacist got snappy and blamed the Doctor's fax machine. Waiting to talk to her took forever. I had to go back a second time and they still didn't have one. Not a good way to treat my 90 year old Mother.

This cvs is horrible. The pharmacy anyway is horrible, not front end. The pharmacy lady with the black curly/wavy hair, you know who u are, is always miserable and rude. They message u telling u your meds are ready and they usually are not ready in my experiences. The store blames this on corporate. It's not corporates fault. Having a family member who works high up in corporate I know this to be false. Cvs bought and merged with one of the biggest insurance companies, Aetna. Cvs screwed up the "transfer of power" on their end and Aetna is floundering to meet cvs, unresonable and abundant expectations and time lines using cvs applications that are inferior to what Aetna was using. The pharmacy line is more often then not ridiculous on both the drive thru and indoor pharmacy areas and if u get there on the dot at lunch or closing, 98% of the time in my experiences u will be ignored or told to come back. I've been to other cvs in another county and it was alot better there. Wondering if all the inadequacy at store level is just this particular store. If u can get there I recommend going to Wegmans pharmacy, if not maybe u would have better luck with Rite-Aid, but the local Rite Aid has issues with answering calls, nowhere near as horrible of a pharmacy in my opinion though.

The pharmacy portion of this CVS is abhorrent at best. Often the drive-through line is into the parking lot, the whole time on the phones is at times 20 to 30 minutes, and it is a hassle to get prescriptions filled, especially in a reasonable amount of time. This has become more and more prevalent the past few months. There are not enough staff working at this pharmacy, the staff are getting burned out, which is causing them to get frustrated with the customers which is in turn causing the customers to become frustrated as well. CVS needs to do something with this pharmacy. I do not recommend it if you do not have to use it, there are other good locations in town.On a positive note, the front end store part of this pharmacy is very nice.

CVS has to be the worst pharmacy out there always a long wait just to be treated rudely by their employees and hopefully they have your medicine ready on time but most of the time it takes days. calling back and forth to the doctor that they should be making I didn't think CVS could get any worse but every time I go there it is worse the cashier literally slammed the window shut I said I was going to complain to a manager she said she don't care that's the type of establishment CVS has become.

If i could give a zero I would for the treatment I recieve from the condescending pharmacist with the black hair to the straight up attitude I get for expecting them to do their jobs. We all hate our jobs and they chose to work with people when they clearly don't have people skills. I wish I could give it a zero I've been going there a year and I can't deal with them anymore. To Rite Aid I go since they pushed out all the mom a pop pharmacies that know me by my face not just a name on the screen.

I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. CVS sent a text saying all prescriptions were filled and ready. That was not the case . This store is horrible.

CVS pharmacy in Carbondale is very handy with good hours. The only thing I would say is like some other people have said the people at the front desk will kind of ignore you and talk to each other unless you pipe up. Unfortunately society and the job market means that there are a few people working that actually care. Hopefully enough people complain where management sees this and does something about it. It could be as simple as having a small talk to explain that the customer should come first. But all in all they had a good selection of things and the prices are very fair.

Multiple times I have received text messages informing me that my prescription was ready. Upon driving to the store, the staff tells me it is not ready and will be 30 minutes. It's always 30 minutes. Today, my husband had this happen again. Immediately I checked the website which also said his medicine was ready. Then, I called the store and found out it is indeed ready. This all happened in a span of minutes after him being told it will be 30 minutes. The staff and "pharmacists" were all just talking and complaining to each other as this was all going on. Maybe if they actually checked for the meds my husband would have his pills so he can feel better. I have already started the process of switching pharmacies because of the repeatedly incompetent CVS pharmacy staff. It's a shame because the front store staff are mostly courteous and helpful. They claim the messages come from corporate. How would corporate know if a medication is filled unless the pharmacy actually marks it as filed or not? I would give this place a 0 star if I could.

It took forever for me to get a human on the phone. When I finally did I was given attitude and told my child's 3rd prescription was being filled as I was on the phone. When I got there a lady named Lisa with black curly hair was very rude. Her voice is the one I heard on the phone. I was given two of the three and left. when I realized there was only two I went back through and she said I told you there was only two ready the other was being filled. I told her I was told all three would be ready. she told me the system is messed up. I said I spoke to a human and I would have someone pick it up. She changed her attitude and told me it would only take one minute to scan. If I don't have to I won't be going back to this cvs.cvs.mi shTOLD you there was only two ready. Then told me it would only take a min and her attitude changed once I told her I would have
