The owner is crooked.Rented a storage for a couple of weeks to paint and store an extra car I was selling. The website said rent for one month(30 days).Way before the month ended notified them I was done with the units. They vacated me.Then continued charging me!!! With no gate access. Then started emailing me invoices for the vacated storage! That they already theftfully charged on my bank card!( Doulbe Triple/Dipping!) The office girl acted crazy everytime I called. The owner was 100% nasty! Thank heavens my bank assisted me in stopping the gross theft of my funds. To me this place will always be Coal Crook self storage. Nice place but rotten to the core owners and staff.

Fix website. I rented a unit for 3 weeks to store stuff why painting my home. They enrolled me in auto pay. Took 2 months rent and refused to refund my money for an empty unit I only used 3 weeks. Coal crook storage would be a better name.
