“The school side office has always been friendly and helpful. The staff are professional and will assist with anything a customer may need. I have been banking since the bank was First National Bank. I started with the Mayfield office that is now closed.”
“I see all these bad reviews, but honestly I have only had positive experiences any time I had to interact with the staff here. Though I don't deal with cash much so maybe that is the difference. But even cashing a money order was no problem last time I had to do that. And the ATM has been down before but usually it is up and running just fine.”

They go beyond and above to explain and take the time to help.Never had any issues. And people have to realize that workers dont make the rules its the corporate people that do.”
