If I can give it zero stars I would. I Worked at the store as a commercial driver. I made a courageous decision to share with the store manager that I have multiple sclerosis. I did so because I could not work eight hours due to ms fatigue. As a result of my disclosure, The store manager i'm professionally ask me for an Accommodation letter from my treating doctor. Within a day I provided that information.. The recommendations from my Doctor or that when I was working in DIY, I needed fifteen minute intervals of sit/stand. I was medically cleared with no limitations to work as a Commercial delivery driver. I was allowed six hour Shifts no more than twenty hours.This manager Changed my schedule from working approximately twenty five hours a week, to five hours a week. Sometimes 10.It takes a lot of courage to share.Your disabilities in the workforce, but to be discriminated against is horrible. This store lost a very good employee. The positives about the store are working with eric and mark. The drawbacks Are that most people in the store are underpaid.However the store is neatly stocked, Understaffed So please be patient if you cand you're put on hold. Almost all the commercial drivers are very professional.And other than the store manager that I had to bite my tongue to remain professional, I enjoyed every single person I worked with. Autozone really needs to hire a new store manager and you'll see that store completely change.

I am beyond disgusted and appalled by the manager's (I believe her name is Janine) behavior and attitude towards not only customers but employees as well. I'm disgusted knowing this is the type of person that is allowed to work in public period, but a manager? I think perhaps the district manager in that area as well as corporate should reevaluate their decision on this woman even being allowed in the building let alone working in it. She was berating a male employee to the point I damn near stepped in. I was passing through the area and stopped in for new windshield wipers and a few other piddly things. She acted like I was bothering her. In all my years shopping at my local Auto Zone, or in any kind of store for that matter, I have never encountered anyone as hateful as her in management. She needs removed off of her feminist perch, removed from her position and removed from your payroll.

There's a woman who works there who we, and our family and friends, repeatedly have issues with. She's rude and has no idea what's going on or what she's doing. We even talked to the district manager (who was amazing) but that lady is still an issue and we will avoid this location at all costs because of her. She ruined that locations business. Drive the extra few miles to save yourself from the headache.

They did not have the part that I needed the girl rang up my charge for what we thought was right and after the charge was charged I looked at the box and found that the part was not correct. This had nothing to do with the person waiting on me but when it came time to give me a credit she did not know how to do that and had to get someone else to do it. I had to go to Napa to get my part.

Nice location I've always liked to AutoZone there brand Parts and tools seem to hold up better than other lesser brands and always very fairly priced and their Rewards program is super awesome as well

Absolutely trash service. Could not answer a question so they hang up the phone. Jerry the manager hung up the second time when not able to answer a question. Go down the block to another auto parts store. This ones buns

Has everything you need, even the whistles to sing to the deer (away from your moving in VEhicle ????…And if they don’t have it in stock, we’ll … they’ll make sure they will order it to “get- it (????????) to you! ????Thank you for helping me get those whistles!!! - saving those deer, one day at a time. ☺️

I can’t thank Mark enough. I’m here on vacation from NC. and had a brake issue. Do to the help from Mark I was able to replace my caliper, rotor and pads in the parking lot. The things he did to help me get the parts and the tools to fix the problem. I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty. So much respect to you Mark, again I can’t thank you enough.
