Went to the store in Carbondale today. Ben was working by himself. His customer service skills were absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help my mother and I with our phones. He even stayed beyond his normal work hours. Very satisfied customers!

Carbondale Pa ATT store.They were awesome tag team. I felt 100% satisfied and super quick. I wont go anywhere but to them from now on. Please give them each a raise snd a gift card. Super friendly, knowledgeable, funny. Just what you want to deal with when your 82 yr old veteran father loses his tracfone. Love them. Made me laugh n I was in n out in no time with a smile in my face. ATT customer for 15 yrs n now for life. Tyty

In the past I wouldn't go to my local AT&T store carbondale. But Ben was a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and experience were excellent. As was all the others in the store as well. BEN SHOULD HAVE A RAISE AND PROMOTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. Now I will be using my local store again.

Valerie is the person that you want to talk to at AT&T in Carbondale. She is the only person that gave me straight answers to my difficulties that pertaining my phone. Smart person and gets you quickly through your problems.

I came last week to switch from T-Mobile. The girl who set me up didn't give me any information about autopay taking three months to take effect. She didn't inform me of anything she just sat there and set my account up and sent me out the door. She didn't seem enthused at all about helping me. I am a business owner of 7 years and have experience in customer service, and this wasn't even close to customer service. Your customers should feel a warm welcome and like they are top priority and your employees should be going above and beyond to make the customers experience a good one. This means asking questions and giving them information about their account and the charges that will be. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there. I'm not happy that I had to call customer service to get information about charges on my first bill that I wasn't told about.

Natalie helped my dad and I out today. I had previously gone to the Dickson city location last week and was talked into purchasing an Apple Watch along with my new phone. Brandon lied to me about how much the watch plan would be. Also when I asked to cancel another line I wasn’t using he told me I could just suspend it rather than cancel it and I wouldn’t be charged. This was not the case. Natalie was extremely helpful and while she isn’t authorized to cancel a line, she explained how I could do it by calling 611. She also made the return of my Apple Watch as seamless as it could be. Thank you Natalie!! We will be coming back for anything we need in the future. Stay faaaarrr away from the crooks in Dickson city.

Before I begin this, I worked in customer service since I was 16. This is my first ever bad review about any place I’ve ever been to. I understand customer service can be rough. Customers are rough and so is dealing with the public. This is going to be quite long of a review.I was at at&t the night of January 17, 2023 around 6pm. Prior to us going there, we had a discussion with a customer service representative about the possibility of trading my phone in for another phone sense my phone was overheating all the time, terrible battery life, my apps crashing etc. (for context I’ve only had the phone for 10 days). The representative had told us we had a 14 day period to exchange the phone for another one. So me and my father drove down to the nearest AT&T store to us. (in Carbondale Pa) We walked in and we’re the only customers in there at the time. There was a girl sitting at the desk and the other girl was sitting on the couch. We walked up to the girl at the desk, (I can’t remember the names) and explained the situation. She called the other girl over who was just awfully rude. Sense I don’t know the names of the women, the one that was a bit bigger than the other was rude. She needed the box for the phone and the charger and my dad instructed me to go home to get the equipment needed to go further while the phone itself stayed at the store. (I live 2min away from the store and informed the girl about it) She had an attitude and said if I did not get there before 7:00 she “does not care” and will “close the store” if I did not make it back there by 7. Usually I would take that as a joke but her body language and demeanor in all situations we were in with her, said differently. We were there a little more than an hour before the store closed. She gave my father attitude about absolutely everything. Went back and forth with him and spoke over him on multiple occasions. I felt awkward and uncomfortable when speaking to this woman and kept telling my dad that we could just go home and not worry about it and she had an attitude and said “that’s for the best”. With a awful smirk on her face. The lady we initially went in and spoke to sat there quietly and looked uncomfortable herself. (I don’t wanna speak for her but that’s what I saw with her body language) The bigger one of the girls seemed to want to push us out of the store. My father and I walked out because we felt very uncomfortable and my father isn’t doing the best and was really stressing out talking to her. She never apologized for how she spoke to us. She had an attitude with us while we were leaving. My dad asked her why she was being so rude and she just said “have a good night” quite a few times. Me nor my father were raising our voices or trying to be rude, just trying to resolve an issue. I’m not sure if it was a bad day for her or what. From the time she approached us from the time we were walking out was the worst experience I’ve ever endured. I’ve been to this AT&T many times. From the few times I’ve had an account there through the years, I’ve never had this bad of an experience. Again, not sure if there’s something going on at home, or if the day was rough or anything but we were really trying to maintain being calm while talking to her. The other girl that was in there was lovely and I wish we could have just dealt with her. Maybe she was new and needed extra help with some things? My father never wants to go back there ever again. And I can’t say I could blame him. Not sure if anyone’s going to read this but thank you if you did . <3

I never have to wait at this AT&T STORE THEY TAKE CARE OF ME RIGHT AWAY AND SOMETIMES IF THEY ARE BUSY THEY GET ONE OF THEIR SALES PERSONS TO HELP ME.
