If I could give this place Zero stars it would not suffice. My children were here for a year. I could drag on about how awful some of the teachers are or that you literally just pay close to 2,000 a month for your kids to just play all day bc they don’t follow a curriculum… but I’ll get to the most important things. The director, Debbie, is one of the WORST directors I’ve met. She has no idea how to run a childcare center. She says they have a “no hitting policy” and has all kinds of “reports” on my child.. but I never got a single copy or phone call about any type of behavior. She did not give me something to sign ect. Her teachers report things to her and then when a parent goes to her she acts as if she didn’t know or says “well, your child…” let me say, my 6 year old is not an angel. . But he was being PHYSICALLY bullied by two brothers for weeks and my son, of course reacted. Two days prior, he was kicked in the back by a 13 yr old who weighs two times more than he does. I didn’t receive anything from Debbie. When this was all brought up, she did not care to discuss the physical bulllying and just kept saying she was not going to discuss it then claimed “there are no laws stating I cannot have a 13 year old with a 6 year old. I could have a 13 year old with a newborn, If I wanted” the fact that she was arguing with me instead of listening and understanding my concerns.. made me irritate. She then said she could charge me for the next two weeks since I didn’t give a two week notice. OF COURSE I DIDNT! I was actively concerned for my sons wellbeing. He was suspended for making a threat to the other two children bullying him, but they were free to come back and continue to bully kids. . Which many teachers say they do daily. The multiple violations this daycare has on a daily basis is disheartening to say the least. But all in all.. there are cheaper and way better options for your children in the Washington area. If I could go back, I would never have sent my babies here.

My wife attempted to tour the facility twice and twice had no one show at the agreed upon time. If they are this irresponsible with a tour that lasts 15-20 minutes, I feel badly for the children in their "care".

My kids loved WOW! The workers were extra kind and went over and beyond in ways that made my children feel loved and special. Every day, my daughter would have a new braid which we both loved! My son gave hugs to all of his teachers. They learned so much, especially in song. We were sad when it was time for us to leave. You and your children will have a nice experience here!

The staff is amazing but some of the policies seem off. My son is enrolled 2 days a week and during pandemic last year other families received a discount because they attended more days, we received nothing. Then more recently we had to make other arrangements for a day because they had a lot of call offs and would be out of ratio.

The owner of this establishment feels it is okay to talk negatively about professional photographers trying to make their way in this town by saying hurtful things about a child in a picture they took. If they feel comfortable to be mean and full of judgement towards a child behind a keyboard I fear for the kids who actually attend this establishment. When the doors close do you know what is being said or done to their self esteem? I do not reccomend this place.

I took my son here for less than a year and had a terrible experience. There were times when I would take my son in after 9 am and would be told they didn't have room and turned away. I was then still charged for those days. When I told them I was unhappy and leaving I was then charged for the next week when he did not attend. I have been and am still trying to get in contact with them about the money they owe me. I've emailed and called. Today I will be stopping by. I've had to call my bank to stop payment. Doesn't help that everyday was a struggle getting him to go to school only for him to come home and tell me he didn't like it. Now we have started a new daycare/preschool and am very happy with them and my sons attitude about it.

My daughter has been attending since 2017 and the ladies are always attentive and kind. I now have my baby enrolled and she gets all the love and kindness that I would give her. I always recommend this daycare to all my friends and family and have never had any major issues.

They are not about the children and only about the money. Their staff to student ratio is way over what it’s supposed to be. My husband got sent away because they didn’t have room for my daughter, but I’m still expected to pay. Amber or Debbie (they wouldn’t identify themselves in the email exchange) said this to me when I questioned having to pay because of their staffing issues: “Would you tell your cable company..."I didn't watch TV this week; I want a credit; so I'm not paying?" W.O.W. simply cannot do it this time.” To me, that makes no sense and is not even close to being the same thing. They are rude and unprofessional and act like they are our customer instead of vice versa. Also, in the middle of a pandemic there have been numerous times employees were NOT wearing masks.Basically, DO NOT send your child there! There are other wonderful places in town that are available.

Poor poor communication, my daughter had an incident at the daycare and I was never called. I got a texted message from a teacher who was on a lunch break during the incident stating she ran into a kitchen table. Report was never filed nor shown to me. The huge bruise on her head indicated it was more than her running into a table. This daycare has numerous reports with the state of being out of ratio. I do not recommend this daycare.

Great fun and friendly people that work here. They're caring employees because they too are parents. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a daycare.Updated to a 3 star, this place changed and it's no longer about the kids. Instead its about $ and your kids are not going to get the attention they need here fully.

World of wonders is an amazing daycare! My son has came here since he was born. Unfortunately we are relocating and im having trouble finding a daycare center that is as good as WOW. I’m forever grateful for all of the staff and how awesome they’ve been with my child. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!
