This place is so sketchy. I came in about a month ago and was approved for a car. They told me the car wasn’t ready and it would be done at the end of the week. Only a few days? Great! Wrong. Came back in today when I was told it should be ready, drove an hour to get there. Car still isn’t ready. Nope. Go somewhere else

These people are absolute Crooks buyers beware. Do not buy a car from these people they're nothing but Crooks. They sold us a car that they knew that transmission was bad in they didn't fix the recall and refuse to make it right. My husband committed suicide 2 years ago and I literally lost everything we had. I walked back and forth to work every single day in the freezing cold save up enough money to buy a car and they knew my situation now I am stuck with a vehicle that does not work and all I get for them is do not text this phone again! These people are not who they portray to be I took it into try and get it fixed myself and they called the auto body shop and told them not to fix it! Lawyers are involved suit has been filed and they will make this right eventually but I will leave it in God's hands as karma will always come back! I lost my job making $80,000 a year and they have basically completely destroyed my life. But I'll do they know they just made my case that much stronger by calling the auto body shop as they will verify they were told not to deal with me. Justin is a absolutely crook and I do not want to see this happen to anybody else do not buy from these people

In the last couple months I have bought a car, sold a car and transferred a car. I utilized three different places with Valley Used Cars being the last place today. By far Valley was the most customer friendly as well as quick and efficient! For now on, they are the only company we will go to for title work. Thank you Valley Used Cars for not only being customer friendly and accurate but also for keeping your prices reasonable as the rest of the world is hiking up their prices! Thank you!!!!

Went in to get something notarized and had to listen to the owner and a customer go on insane and misguided political rants at the top of their lungs. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've had at any kind of a professional office. I can't imagine ever going back here.

We bought a car off of them a few months back and while they were very friendly and easy to work with, we were definitely taken for a ride . Didn’t have 17 miles on the car and the check engine light came on. Took it back for them to “fix” only to have to take it to the dealership to get fixed and pay over $1000. Now it’s back in the shop again and will be over $2000 to fix and right before Christmas. I would never buy another vehicle off them again or recommend them to anyone .

Awful experience and drug out over a long period of time was set up for 3 different vehicles and the down payment kept getting increased higher n higher even when vehicle price was significantly lower the down payments still kept being raised and 2 of the 3 cars came up with mechanical issues the day we were set to come in and I saved every message between them an us detailing every time we went through the process over n over I thought these were really good people but I was way off

I can not say enough nice things about Justin (& girl there-didn’t get her name) at Valley cars. I called them at 4:40 (they close at 5pm and we were 15 minutes away) to see if they could transfer a title on something we were buying. They were SO nice and stayed late (on a Friday) just to help us out. Customer service is still alive! Thank you again!!!!!
