Jeffreys Drug Store has been our lifesaver for almost 30 years. I don't say this lightly fighting Cancer and husband's on life sustaining meds but I would give them 10 stars if I could.. We've had medication questions, med allergies and concerns of medication reacting to another and we always are given the facts and most up to date information. Staff is so pleasant and friendly. They all have a way of making your soul feel a little better, whether you're feeling good or ill. We value Jeffreys Drug Store dearly. They all go the extra mile to get our meds. Thank you all for valuing us as we value each and everyone at Jeffreys.My lifesaver's ❤ Gerry and Staff... You ALL are Truly APPRECIATED???

My insurance was changed recently and I was distraught that Jeffrey's drug store was no longer in network. It turned out that Jeffrey's was still the cheapest option because many of my meds are cheaper here anyways! I just get my meds mailed to me every month and it gets charged to my card on file. There's been mess ups once or twice, as with any pharmacy, but it was always super easy to figure out and they were super apologetic. This place is easy peasy to use compared to most pharmacies where it's a battle to even talk to a real person on the phone. I recommend these guys!

The staff at front desk is rude and the delivery people lie definitely not a pharmacy you would want to visit or deliver customer service is horrible

I had surgery & a pain med was sent here for me. I’m a recovering addict so was flagged in the system. The Staff didn’t treat me at all any different. Explained what I needed to do for them to release it. Contacted my doctor, got it approved & they even delivered it right to my house. Every time I go to Giant Eagle I’m treated like total scum, so it’s a refresh to be treated with respect & actually valued. Thanks Jeffreys Drug Store!

Some of the people are amazing that work here. Some are not. Worth supporting a local business otherwise just use somewhere like giant eagle.

Very poor customer service if using them to package your prescriptions. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. It's amazing that no matter who I talk to there, I feel like a complete inconvenience. We went there to drop off a script to have delivered by their courier, they verified the address, saying delivery was possible the next day. The next day they blow up my phone saying that delivery was not possible, didn't give me a reason, and the entire time were extremely short and abrasive. Never using them again lol.

I use to use giant eagle before trying this place out and the employees there where all so nice and understanding, they where having computer issues and they all held it together very well. I use to think giant eagle was really good but after coming to this pharmacy you can really see the difference between a big company and a small mom and pa shop. Thank you all for being so kind. I will definitely return.

They need 100000 more 5 star reviews for being a drugstore that in conjunction with medical professions HELPS people, and does not instead stand between the public and physicians and use their political views to effect the perscriptions they fill ! 10 stars

They didn’t have cold cream, but I was surprised and delighted by the series of odd James Chapin paintings they have hanging in the store. If you’re an Atlas Obscura sort of person, you should pop in and take a look.

Horrible communication between customer and pharmacist. Everyone that works there has no clue what is going on. One person says one thing and another person says another. They always get my refills mixed up. They say they can fill it then they don’t and don’t let you know. I’ve had numerous problems here for a cream!!!it’s ridiculous. Do not recommend this pharmacy. I don’t even want to leave 1 star

I came here over a year ago to get COVID-19 testing. I was trying to book a test for a long time and I was unable to find anywhere else. This place was able to take me right away! It was drivethrough, which made extra quick. I called this place multiple times (I got lost on the way there and booking an appointment) and each time the employees were super nice and helpful on the phones! Super caring and took their time to help me out
