If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ppl BEWARE, THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER TAKEN MY CARS. this place was nice when Mike worked it but it has absolutely turned into a NIGHTMARE smeared with IGNORANCE, disrespect, and dirty looks all the way around. I took my dodge ram there as an insurance claim and was (unpleasantly) surprised to see not Mike behind the desk but a short blonde overweight rude and snappy person scarfing down her lunch with an office smelling of stink and farts. Turns out she runs it now and although I didn’t care for her negative attitude and uncaring nature… I continued on with the appt. I had waited a month to even drop the truck off. They didn’t even start working on repairs for weeks and never communicated any of that to me. The truck sat there so long the battery died and they demanded I pay for a replacement. They MISSED a HUGE amount of damage and what the did manage to fix was SHOTTY WORK. I ended up having to submit another claim and take it somewhere else so double the work for me and the stress they caused me was the worst of it. If I could go back in time and read a review like this I would NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS BUSINESS. I hate to say it Mike but it won’t be long before they run your business into the ground. Even though he’s retired…. Mike if you’re reading this…. I know you had to work really stinking hard to give that place a good rep and a good feeling where people came back and trusted you. These ppl are killing all of that. I hate to say it but I’ll never go back there. It was hands down the WORST IVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY A BUSINESS IN MY LIFE. so much more I could write but there’s no point…. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE.

Awesome experience! My front sensors were all out of sorts, removed partial bumper, replaced and painted new sensor all within an hour. Thought I was gonna be wo a vehicle and nearly called off work, they got it done so quickly I was 45 minutes early for work! George and his crew were extremely friendly and fast! Highly recommended! The only thing I ordered was onion petals, just a snack at 2:30 in the afternoon till get me through till dinner. The onion was so tough I could not shoot I had to spit it out. Never again

My heater has not been working so I stopped by during my lunch break to see if they could help. All I needed was coolant, and because I only had a debit card (which they don't accept) he filled the car up free of charge with the correct coolant I needed. He also gave me a lot of good information concerning my car and what may be causing the issues. Will definitely go back for future car maintenance and repair. Nice guy and good customer service.
