Look elsewhere! Rents doubled in 1.5 years. They will not contact you and let you know of any cost increases.
There are no local on-site employees. All business handled by some shady email account. Won't return phone calls.
I am sure they will respond to this review that they hear about the displeasure and to contact them at their email address, where they will proceed to do nothing.

Highly recommend! The entire process is extremely quick for set up and access to your unit. I always felt safe going to my unit. Facility was extremely clean. My personal belongings were very safe and secure. Would use again.

All the representatives I've spoken to thus far have had excellent communication skills. They all answered my questions in a friendly, patient manner. The storage unit was clean and dry. No complaints!
