Woodbridge has a great selection of beautiful furniture. I worked with Denise and she actually came out to my house twice. First to see what I was looking for and then again to measure to make sure that everything that we picked out would fit correctly. Denise was such a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an easy and pleasant furniture shopping experience.

We have been working with Lauren Bertovich at Woodbridge Interiors over the last year to furnish our new home. She brought so much experience and talent to our project!! She took the time to understand our design style and budget. She put together a short term plan with all the details to furnish our empty family room. She also provided us with a long term vision to furnish other areas in our home. We were really impressed with the quality of furniture and accessories offered by Woodbridge Interiors at a reasonable price point. We will be a long-term customer!!

Absolutely LOVE my 2 piece sectional and ottoman that Lauren helped me design. From the layout to the hundreds of material choices … Lauren took an overwhelming process and helped me complete my first floor remodel project with the magazine worthy sectional! I chose Woodbridge for the selection and quality they provide with their made in the USA product. I highly recommend Lauren and I couldn’t be happier.

Other reviews are 100% accurate. Woodbridge does not stand behind their products. Service after the sale is nonexistent and warranties do not mean anything.We purchased a leather sectional. Salesman claimed at the time that the leather came with a 3 year warranty.Within one year the leather has chipped and cracked. Documented and reported.Staff gave us the runaround for six months.Finally spoke to manager who told us warranty was only for one year and was expired. Manufacturer’s website, however, indicates 3 years. She promised to send documentation and then stopped responding, having never done so.Products are sold at a premium price, but are of inferior quality. When you have issues they will absolutely NOT help. As evidenced by the MANY other similar reviews, they don’t seem to care to do anything about it either.Buyer beware.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store. My elderly parents on a fixed income shelled out a lot of money for two stressless chairs that Woodbridge and/or the manufacturer will not stand behind. The chairs are inferior and are supposed to spin but do not and very hard to get in and out of as they are advertised to do. It’s disgusting that these people can take advantage of old people and have a clear conscience.

I would not recommend this store. We purchased several items from this store. One of the items is defective. The store attempted to repair the item. After multiple repair attempts, we requested a replacement. The manufacturer’s warranty requires repair not replacement. The store is refusing to advocate for a replacement. In my opinion, the store sells low quality merchandise and offers substandard customer service. I regret purchasing furniture from this store.Your response is not satisfactory, I contacted the store and they refuse to provide a replacement. The item is a Sam Moore chair with a damaged frame.Based on another recent review, it appears that Woodbridge and Sam Moore (manufacturer) are not reputable companies.In addition to the unsatisfactory solution of repair vs replacement, you can’t even manage to repair the chair.

I would not recommend this company. Although our initial purchase experience was pleasant, I believe that the company does not sell quality merchandise and the company does not provide adequate customer service. We have been dealing with the attempted repair of a damaged chair for months. The company did not properly diagnose the issue - we were inconvenienced on multiple occasions by repair appointments and phone calls. In addition, the company will not advocate on our behalf for product replacement. We feel that after multiple repair attempts and delays, the manufacturer should replace rather than repair the chair. The Woodbridge service rep is telling us that the manufacturer is obligated to repair not replace. However, we feel that the company should advocate for replacement - if the store owner had the same issue, I'm guessing that the owner would already have a new chair.

Just an update to my review on 12/5/20....Still no chairs. To recap, we ordered chairs on 9/5/20 and were told they would be delivered in 8-10 weeks. Four months later, we have not received a call from the owners or offered a discount or even given an expected delivery date. Unacceptable!

My husband and I purchased 2 Sam Moore chairs at Woodbridge Interiors in Canonsburg on 9/5/20. We were told at the time of purchase, we would receive the chairs in October (6-8 weeks). We did not receive the chairs in October nor did we receive a call with an estimated arrival. I called the store on multiple occasions and was told multiple times by multiple people that they would call the warehouse to look into it and call us back. Most of the time we did not receive call backs so I would have to call again. We were then told different stories each time we called (i.e.. our chairs are done and sitting in a warehouse but won't be shipped until other people's orders are complete so they can save money on shipping, our chairs have not been started because the fabric is on back order and on and on). Today is 12/5/20 and we have still not received our chairs and are now being told we will not receive them until January 2021. At this point I would like to cancel the order entirely since the latest story is our chairs haven't been started because the warehouse is waiting on the fabric, but apparently the sales person we are now talking with cannot get a hold of the sales rep or owner. I understand warehouse delays due to Covid, but that was not even mentioned to us in September when we bought the chairs. Clearly our experience with this company has not been a good one and I wish we had never purchased the chairs given the hassle and the fact that we still do not have 2 chairs that we've already paid a downpayment on.

I just purchased a sectional sofa, swivel chair and a Stressless chair for my home from Woodbridge Interiors, Canonsburg (North Strabane). I loved the wide selection of furniture they have on display and the many fabric choices! The store is very attractive inside. I highly recommend working with Tamara. She was great. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me, as I was making my decisions. I looked in several other furniture stores in Pittsburgh, and decided that Woodbridge Interiors best suited my design requirements. I highly recommend stopping there, if you are in the market for furniture.

Very recently I shopped for a new sectional and swivel chair for our great room and a Stressless chair for my husband. After looking in many area furniture stores, I chose Woodbridge Interiors in North Strabane (Canonsburg) to make my purchase. The store is very attractive inside, and there is a lot of selection. I absolutely loved working with Tamara. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me as I made my final choices. I highly recommend Woodbridge Interiors in Canonsburg and feel that it's the best furniture store South of Pittsburgh.

Woodbridge Interiors has a beautiful selection of furniture from different manufacturers in various price ranges to suit most buyers. Don’t plan to rush your visit as there are so many options to choose from regarding price, style, and especially a large array of fabrics. Susan Rockhill, one of the interior designers, provided excellent help by visiting my home at no extra cost, drawing a plan to scale, and offered many choices for room design and style. Susan is outstanding and assisted me in creating a beautiful living room.
