I received the worst customer service for myself, my daughter and her friend. They got their first manicure which I had to continuously argue about why they didn’t need gel. They are 11. Then I had dip done and 7 days later every single one is cracking and falling apart. They were not friendly and I’m not sure why I tipped. They made the young girls feel uncomfortable. I didn’t plan ahead and couldn’t go to two other salons I preferred because they were booked or closed. So I dropped in here on a Sunday morning and they were so unpleasant. The straw that broke the camel’s back is the fact that my nails are failing apart. What a waste of money.Services: Manicure

The customer service at this salon was up there with the worst I've ever received. I got a gel pedicure here for 60 dollars the day before my vacation. The woman who did my nails was very, very sweet and my experience was good. Two days later, though, on one of my nails, the polish was completely gone and the rest of them were ALL chipped. I had not even gone to the beach yet and they had not been under any wear and tear. Another day later, another nail was COMPLETELY BARE. I had to go to the store to buy polish and paint them myself throughout the week.I called once I got back from vacation and very, very nicely told the woman that my gel pedicure had started coming off after TWO DAYS. I asked if there was anything that they could do and she then proceeded to YELL AT ME OVER THE PHONE. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON. As I said before, the woman who did my nails was incredibly sweet but I was blown away by how horribly unprofessional they were when I told them about the problem.Services: Gel manicure

The lady that did my nails was extremely nice. But my dip nails are terrible. 6 nails broke less than a week later. I’ve been getting dip nails for a while and they normally last 3-4 weeks. I went back to get them fixed , she was very willing to fix with no charge which I’m grateful for. But the same nails broke again a day later. I am not happy for the amount I spent to get my nails done.Service: Dip powder

Absolutely Horrific! This is supposed to be a set of square acrylic nails! I had beautiful nails when I went in and came with this disaster. This set of nails replicates someone who bites their nails and tried to paint and file them in the dark, blindfolded after sipping margaritas all night. I’m pretty sure my 8 year old could do a better job. Hell, I think my cat could complete this abomination! I repeatedly stated I was unhappy and they were so short. I made it very clear that I was unhappy. Nothing was done! My daughters and I will gladly take our business elsewhere!My 8 year daughter went with me. My daughter said it was hurting. The nail techs response was “well, if you wouldn’t move it wouldn’t hurt.”Services: Acrylic nails
