We walked into AT&T, immediately greated by Janin who was OUTSTANDING with customer service. I've been wanting to upgrade my IPhone 10 for a while and nobody would give us an actual deal. Janin was happy to grab everything I wanted, break down the costs, the best plan for my mother and I to be on together and really just went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. I'll be coming back to this store to work with him for ALL of my needs for our new service plans. He made us happy to be back with AT&T”

“Not a bad place to purchase or upgrade your cell phone. I'll only buy phones for the flat out cash price, no payment plans. I've been using cricket for years. I have four cell phones, one for me and one for each of my boys with unlimited data, messages, and calls for one hundred dollars a month. The only bad thing about this store is if there's any other customers, you can expect to wait at least twenty minutes. And they don't always have everything in stock.”
