821 W Main St, Carnegie“I've done a lot of different types of exercise over the years (gyms, YMCA, etc.) but this is hands down THE BEST. I got my mom and sister to join. My mom got my aunt to join. It's an amazing workout that is FUN! On top of that, the instructors are amazing and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I'm a Jazzerciser for life!”

3961 Washington Rd, McMurray“Super nice gym with very friendly staff. I am greeted by name every time I go in. Also all the gym members are super nice and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean same with the gym and equipment.”
“Pricey, but worth the money! Both the equipment and the vibes here are top notch. Everyone is super friendly. Everything is great, but there are two things that really make it stand out from the rest.1. Iron Factory isn't just clean, it's IMMACULATE. I would eat off of the floor at this gym. The air somehow smells like fresh linens at all times and there's never so much as a spec of dirt to be found.2. I'm not exaggerating. This is the only gym I've ever been to where people actually re-rack their weights when they're done with a machine, which is a literal miracle!! At every other gym out there, it's the norm to walk up to a plate loaded machine and find hundreds of pounds left behind by the previous person, but thankfully not the case here!”
“I am here for PT and do not have a membership. However everyone smiles says hello and is very sweet.I have Roger for PT and he is the reason I am getting better. I recommend the PT Department because that was my reason for the visit.”
“The first time I ever tried kickboxing was here in 2019, and it was so much fun that my now-wife and I signed up to be members and came to classes regularly for a few months. The trainers were extremely personable and the classes were a great mix of fun and challenging. We still have our gear and intend to come back sometime in the future.”
“I had a really great experience with Push40. The coaches, Gemma, Tere and Lindsay have been incredible. This was the perfect start to my fitness journey and I am extremely grateful for all the encouragement and confidence I gained during my time with them. I highly recommend them for anyone, whether you are just starting out or already in great shape.Thank you, Dan, for creating such a welcoming environment!”
“This is the best gym to lift weights at in the Pittsburgh area. Easily. There is great staff and excellent personal trainers to work with. There’s a huge selection of weights and cardio as well as amenities like a heavy bag, an area for wall climbing, a basketball hoop, and more. It is family owned so your money is going towards putting food on the table for a member of the community opposed to a huge corporation. They also have a $5 fit so you can enter the gym for the day or bring a friend for just $5. I will never leave this gym as long as I live in the Pittsburgh.”

1019 PA-519, Eighty Four“I joined Crossfit 519 six months ago. I previously had no crossfit background prior to joining. So needless to say, I was nervous before arriving at my first class expecting to stick out like a sore thumb. However, the experience couldn't have been more opposite of what I expected!Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The instructors are extremely helpful and keep an eye on you so if your form is bad, they will stop you and correct you to avoid potentially injuring yourself. Not to mention, they give guidance on scalable versions of the workout to fit your needs and level. If you are looking to join a great, supportive community that will help you achieve your fitness goals, do yourself a favor and join! I assure you that you won't regret it!”

331 Station St, Bridgeville“I like the 24/5 openness. There’s tanning and massage beds. They have the 30 mini fitness in the back for a no brainer workout ? However, they really would be top notch if they got a lateral x machine.”

1025 Washington Pike, Bridgeville“In general gym is nice.Always clean and useful.Just a few moments surprised me and I am wondering if it's can be fixed easily ( 1. No clock on the wall, so, if you do exercise without watch, you don't know time.2. No weight scale ( it's really strange)I hope this two issues can be fixed to make customers more happy and comfortable.I didn't ask you refer my friends or download app. I ask if you can provide with weight scale and clock? Thanks.”
“Review for LA fitness in collier township/bridgeville- It’s been a long time since I have been to this LA Fitness. I’ve had great services with them and had no problems when I was coming in and out of the LA fitness. I loved the smoothie bar, customer service, gym equipped maintained & kept equipment clean, loved to relax in the jacuzzi, and swimming at the pool.
I recently learned of a distressing story about a terrible tragedy that occurred at this gym on August 4th, 2009. My heartfelt condolences go out to the families affected by the shooting incident at this gym. This tragedy not only brings pain to the victims' families but also to the family of the shooter(George Sodini). I do not condone the actions of George Sodini; what he did was unequivocally wrong. If society paid more attention to mental-health, showed kindness towards each other, being compassionate, being more caring towards one another, and if the dating-culture, social-culture, and society as a whole were more receptive to giving George Sodini a chance with an open mind and at least suggest an alternative for him to go to a different country to pursue romance & friendships that are true and people were caring, treating others the way they’d want to be treated themselves, such tragic events could potentially be prevented. Once again, my deepest condolences and sympathies go out to all the families impacted by this heartbreaking tragedy.
If you notice that someone is alone and displaying signs of loneliness or forced isolation, trust your intuition and take the time to accompany them, befriend them, and brighten their day. Listen to them with an open-mind and offer a supportive ear. Regardless if your a man or woman, make an effort to engage with them and make their experience meaningful. Your actions can have a positive impact on that person's life. Social-isolation can push individuals to a breaking point, and forced loneliness is a significant concern. By providing support and friendship to those in need, you have the potential to save a life and prevent tragic outcomes such as suicide or harm to innocent individuals and bystanders.
If someone shows signs of suicidal ideation or expresses a desire to take their own life, when all other methods have been exhausted, do not ignore it. Call 911 immediately and seek help. Allow the police and paramedics to manage the situation. Taking mental health seriously is crucial in such situations.
LA Fitness and the gym are places where individuals come to achieve their best physical shape and maintain their health. I recognize that some people prioritize personal space and may not be inclined to engage in conversation at all times, and that is perfectly understandable. The objective is not to create a perfect world, but rather to establish an environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all, regardless of their background.
Let this tragic event at this LA Fitness serve as a learning opportunity and a lesson for all. Let it remind us to give people a chance and to embrace them for who they are, rather than superficial or false reasons.”

“This gym is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. It's reasonably priced, there is support for low income, the trainers are amazing and I feel like the staff actually cares. The classes offered are varied and most are included in the normal fee.Even when it's busy, there is plenty to do and space to move can't recommend it enough.”

1960 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh“This facility is staffed with the BEST people you could deal with. I had some issues and both the Manager and Brittney went waay beyond what you might expect just about anywhere else to assist me. They are part of a rare team that I was lucky enough to stumble across. Great atmosphere to exercise. I even got to shake hands with an idol of mine. I got to shake hands with a former star Steelers player! Come on! It’s a great place!”
“Tracy is one of a kind. My daughter looks forward to every.single.workout with her. The gains in strength and confidence are truly noticeable and so thankful for Slam Fitness. Highly recommend.”
