Renting with Guarding Storage at this location is a great experience. With a cross country move, I needed somewhere to store my stuff safely and quickly, and the Guardian Storage team stepped up to the plate with great rates, and amazing service.
The staff are very communicative, pleasant,
and professional, and the facility is very secure and clean.
If the time arises that I need more storage, they will absolutely have my business again.

Excellent storage facility. Rented out a unit for 8 months and had no issues. Easy access and very clean. Mike is great to work with and makes the process very easy with minimal stress. Would definitely recommend.

Mike has made the entire experience of relocating and storage requirements easy and pain free! The facility has easy access and is spotless! We have a climate controlled unit and are so satisfied! I looked at other storage units as well as other Guardian units and chose to stay at this location for peace of mind !

Checked out other storage units, but was impressed by how nice and clean this place was and how secure it felt. The manager Mike is a gem. He was very nice and super helpful through the whole process of getting a unit and with renting the van to move our stuff. Definitely would recommend this place.

Hands down the best storage facility around! I rented from the North Strabane location. Mike went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for storage. They make it so easy to access your unit at your convenience. The place is so well run and most important, it’s clean! Thank you Guardian and Mike for a very positive experience!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Guardian Storage, North Strabane location. First and foremost, the building and units are super clean with easy access to your individual unit. Also, the building is very secure by allowing access only to renters via code which gives you piece of mind that your belongings are safe. The manager, Mike, provided me with excellent customer service at all times and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. I would recommend Guardian Storage to anyone and will absolutely use them again in the future. A+.

I just want to let everyone know that this is not the place for long term storage, they give you a low rate at first, and every year they raise the rent on you, i had a 10 x20 unit and started at 200 a month, and raised it three times and were going to raise it a fourth time, they wanted 330 a month and i got mad and closed my unit. They always used the excuse of economy, local taxes, among other reasons, but in reality there's hardly any staff they building all automated and once your in there they do ever return your calls,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My move in experience at Guardian Storage in North Strabane was absolutely seamless in every way. Mike, specifically was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful during a stressful time when I was moving into the storage unit. If you're going to store anything anywhere in any storage unit, I recommend Guardian Storage, especially the North Strabane location. Free use of the Guardian storage moving van was clutch. I would never have been able to get my move done so efficiently without the use of that van that too much to my surprise was free of charge! The storage units are so clean and so easy to move. Your things into. The bathrooms were clean. And Even the peaceful music quietly playing in the background while you're moving in was calming. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have been using Guardian storage in Canonsburg for about a year and I'm always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help! Mike always responds quickly and helps with my requests. He goes above and beyond. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend this facility and team!
