I have taken many cars to this place. Every time I get a fair and honest price/service. I wish they were open on Saturday for oil changes and tire rotations. Maybe for appointments only . I know good help is hard to come by these days.

Incompetent. Had a coolant leak on belt side told them probably water pump. They changed everything because they couldn't find the leak ( incompetant or crooks?) when I told them where it was and then 1800 bucks later they changed the water pump.

I had leaky tires, so I brought in my car. They repaired the leaks without suggesting that I get new tires. The price was fair. A couple of weeks later, the leak returned, so I brought it back in. They found a screw in one of my tires and fixed it without charging me. They said that they didn't think they missed it on the first time, but just in case, they did not charge me. They are also insistent that their customers bring in their cars after driving it for a bit to ensure the tires are secure - also at no additional cost.

Amazing customer service and attention. Felt like I was the only thing the manager was concerned with while he was speaking to me... Actually felt like he dropped everything to give me his undivided attention. Can't believe I haven't come here before. Will definitely return with other vehicles and highly recommend.

Refused to fix my flat tire since " we close in 15 minutes ". Wondering why their sign says open to 6pm when they actually close at 5:45. Oh, I know why. LAZINESS. When the free COVID cash is gone the customers will be too. I went to a greatly fawned upon small business to save it from the COVID and giant retailers. My reward? Eff off. So I effed off to a giant chain who, although closing soon, fixed my oh so hard to fix flat tire. So little guy trying to make it.....eff off.

No frills but very fair. I take all of my cars there for tire items (new tires, balancing, alignments and also an oil change every so often) and have always been pleased with the service and care I have received.

They are always fast and efficient getting my service done. They have a waiting area with a T.V. There is a pop machine and even noticed it stocked with Yoohoo! They even advised when best to schedule my service to get the best rebates!The service manager also asks that you need return within 50-75 miles to get your nuts tightened. Great service with your safety and value their top priority!

Hard to find a good auto repair shop that you can trust. I've been going to Mark for everything from tires to inspections to brakes - just about any out-of-warranty repair across multiple makes and models. Not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. Easy to schedule and prompt service. I've come to know more than a few guys on the staff - good people, which are also VERY hard to come by in this business. Highly recommended.
