This very worse place for PM service. I left my truck at 7am for PM service and for water wiper fluid was not flashing in wind shield. For making sure I call service department around 4pm still they haven’t done yet and I came down to dealership and talk to service man and then only they start PM service and it take until 10pm to finish. The crazy thing happened after 10pm and waiting for bill another 1hr finally, they give me bill and charging unacceptable and 0% customers service. I checked my truck fuel tank cap was open etc.
so, I didn’t aspect this from this dealership and I don’t want anybody recommend to go in this dealership. Become very worse service department in this dealership.
0% customer service place.

Had my RV towed in 6/27/24 for turbo repairs spoke with shop foreman Dave Leach he handled the repair with tech Billy they communicated everyday with me took RV in right away I can't thank fyda Freightliner enough back on the road in 3 days runs better then ever

The techs here were awesome. However, this location does not operate under a standard ELITE operational commitment of initial review of the rig within 2 hours of arrival. We waited 24 hours. Troubleshooting took a bit longer then expected and the management team made sure every minute was charged for, no invoice flexibility, no veteran discounts and for us, seniors in a RV, it was very expensive..
