The entire experience was incredibly frustrating. The package was marked as out for delivery, and I confirmed multiple times that it didn't require a signature. I received a text around 12:15 PM stating that the package was only four stops away and would arrive btw 3 - 5 PM, which seemed fine. However, at 6:30 PM, I noticed the delivery driver going to the other side of town, sitting at random shop for 1:30 hour , and then resuming the journey. I patiently waited until 8 PM, and there was still no sign of the package. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed that the attempted to deliver the package but they didn’t as i was waiting outside after I got the confirmation from CR that they will be going to deliver at 8 and I'm certain they never even attempted to deliver the package. It's frustrating that customer service couldn't provide any assistance. Please refrain yourself from them

Absolutely awful all the way around. Package said out for delivery. I double, triple checked the website that they send to see if the package needed a signature, nope. So, I received at text at 1:45 telling me that the package was 6 stops away and would be there before 5. Okay, cool. Get another text that says “your package is almost there” at 3:00, I watched on the map as the delivery driver went clear to the other side of town, sat at some auto body shop for an hour and then got back on the road. I wait until 4:30. Not a darn thing. And then it’s marked that no one was home to sign for it. They claimed to have knocked on the door to get a signature for a package that didn’t even need a signature but no one answered. No one answered because they never knocked. They never even rang the doorbell. Customer service is useless as well. No wonder places like Amazon, FedEx and UPS took over. You get a far better experience with them than you ever will here.

I ordered some things that came from China and were supposed to be shipped to Pennsylvania, the Chinese shipping company was able to get it all the way from mainland China to Ohio no problem where it was handed off to DHL who immediately shipped it to the wrong side of the country to Texas. When I call customer service they just keep telling me that that's the correct address even though I have all of the proof that my correct address was attached to this order until the moment was handed to DHL. Furthermore all my tracking says it was delivered to Texas but DHL customer service says it was delivered to Louisiana. No one knows what they're talking about they can't help me with anything my package is hopelessly lost and this is the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. I wish I could rate ZERO STARS. Idk why anyone would work with this awful company.

Worst service we had here. Firstly it took a while to get the computer boot with all updates happening inside. Next the customer associate took a while to enter the shipping details. Finally the credit card machine did not work. The associate tried lot to fix the issues. Called second associate to fix. Nobody could able to fix the credit card reading machine. The associate does not know how plug the ethernet cable to the machine. We have to wait and wait to get the machine fixed. We asked if we can pay with Cash. They said NO, they accept only card payment. Over DHL service in US is bad. We should go to UPS or FedEx for our international shipping.

The worst delivery service I have ever used.The company I purchased from uses them I will never. I’ve had 4 items delivered late out of 4 items ordered. It’s always 7-10 days to deliver and then a couple more at the end. I’m currently waiting on mondays delivery it’s Wednesday now maybe tomorrow it will come!

Not even worthy of one star! Absolutely terrible service. Package was to be delivered 1/20. Call customer service and used the chat function several times during the day and was told each time the package would be delivered before the end of the day. Then when I called again at the end of the day, I find out that it was never out for delivery. Requested supervisor call me back. She supposedly elevated the issue and requested the package still be delivered on 1/20 (sure DHL is going to deliver it after hours on a Friday. Laughable that I even considered the supervisor was telling the truth.), but could not tell me why the package was not delivered. I call yet again to check if package was going to be delivered late on 1/20 and that person didn’t know, but did tell me that the package was never intended to be delivered on 1/20 due to an additional security check. This was supposedly noted at 10:30 am on 1/20 in the account. Yet DHL never notified me, customer service lied to me each time I checked delivery status, and the supervisor either lied about not knowing why the package or was completely clueless. I still have no package and DHL is making no effort to get it to me other than the next business day. Terrible service. Would never use DHL if it were up to me.

Excellent service from Debbie. She was able to find my package with out problems. Unlike the phone service was a waste of my time and the app was ok but couldn’t get location information to confirm the location of my package

Our package was ordered with an additional $35 for 2 day delivery a WEEK ago. It was said to be out for delivery 1/6. Was told it was held up in traffic at 8pm. Then I verified it was back at depot at 6pm. We needed this item for someone who is leaving for over a month.I looked up to see “where” it was stuck in traffic per DHL it was the depot! Who only delivers M-F business hours! We were waiting by 10pm I started going on line.We waited and waited. They shut down the depot between 6-7! Can’t believe all the mistruths sent.You can’t get a live person at all Saturday or Sunday. Too many prompts. Over 10 minutes to find out nobody there on weekends. All delivery services operate 7 days a week. Some 24/7 365. We paid extra for quick delivery. Lesson learned! Then we just found out it needs a signature! We are scrambling now to get this very expensive item delivered where someone can sign.Do not order anything unless you know everything! Call the delivery service IF you can get anyone in the phone !

If I could give them zero stars I would !!! Ordered a package almost a week ago and paid extra for shipping! This package has now been sitting in a some unknown warehouse in Ohio for three days now. No update or anything. Day after Christmas and I still can’t get a rep online? You’d think a company as big as DHL would have some type of integrity. How many emails must I send until someone reaches out with a solution? This is SAD.

It's 2022. Who needs to sign for packages anymore? They "need 24 hours for order instructions to be processed" yet somehow they reverse my pre-signature the day of. I pre-signed four days ago and yet somehow today they couldn't deliver the package because "my pre-signature was changed" literally minutes before the supposed delivery. Why would I have done that? Still, I was at home waiting for the package so I know they didn't knock on the door for delivery. The customer service is worse, it's impossible to get on the phone with anyone. Worst shopping company by far and that takes a lot.

My parcel says its in Ohio cleared custom check on Thursday early hours. But it just sit there for 3 days ad they not operate on weekdays. Its a package from India, where they say it will reach destination on Thursday. But here they simply hold it at ohio for 3-4 days before delivery. Ridiculous.

It’s been three different days now that my package was supposed to be here. Definitely do not use them if you want your package on time, if you are short staffed then don’t make promises you can’t keep. Use ups or fedex, way more reliable, on time, and actually delivers packages when they say they will.

Some of the worst customer service for any major shipping company and that's saying alot. I avoid DHL like the plague but have had to use them on a few occasions, of those few times packages have repeatedly arrived damaged and dealing with their customer support to try to file claims may possibly the most anger inducing thing one could do to themselves. Be like a normal person and use USPS, UPS, Or FedEx.

The worst delivery company in the whole country. My package sat in Cincinnati for days in spite of the website saying it would be delivered in a few days. And not until I contacted them online was I told of the need to pay duty and taxes. I allowed a few extra days in case of delays and still no delivery. The support online and on the phone is WORTHLESS. Do not use this company!!!!! And the one star is only because you cannot post a no-star review.
