The bigge girl was on the phone having a conversation the entire time, listening to profain music, and generally confrontational. She talked over me, and when she wasn't, she was talking to me like I was the dumbest person to walk through her doors. Never coming back, changing services.

My son needed a new phone due to water damage and we drove to the Canonsburg location as they were the only location that had the phone he wanted. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Cole. Cole is an amazing employee, so very knowledgeable and so very kind! He deserves the world. So many people nowadays don't really care about the customer but Cole did. If I could give him 10 stars I would that's how amazing he was and kind and thoughtful. THANK YOU COLE!!!

I stopped in yesterday (April 1st) with my 89 year old Father who wanted a new phone and new cellular provider. Cole was the associate working that day. He asked my Dad questions to pair him with a phone that will fit his needs but not be overly difficult
We ran into an unusual problem porting over my dad’s # which is our responsibility to figure out. Cole stood by us every step of the way going above and beyond his job duties. Even speaking with the company we were getting rid of to join Cricket. He was patient with us and very knowledgeable. I felt like we became friends in that hour or more that we were there. In addition to being there, I called him before and after because questions pop in my head that I need to ask or I realize I forgot to ask. He was always eager to help. We expressed our gratitude many times to Cole. I called one more time on my way home, as I do not live in the Canonsburg area. He answered my question, I thanked him again and he said that my dad and I made his day. Cole is such a kind person and a very valuable employee. Could you please give him a raise?!
So, today my Dad goes back to port my mom’s # over to cricket. lol.
I’m sure it will be a much smoother transaction but I’m so glad we had an amazing employee to help us!!!
Thank you Cole and Cricket.
I’ve had Cricket myself for many years and the service and cost of the service are hard to beat.

The employees are great the manager would not listen to me and was not understanding anything I was trying to explain and was raising her voice very high she needs to go and let the employees run the place

Not a bad place to purchase or upgrade your cell phone. I'll only buy phones for the flat out cash price, no payment plans. I've been using cricket for years. I have four cell phones, one for me and one for each of my boys with unlimited data, messages, and calls for one hundred dollars a month. The only bad thing about this store is if there's any other customers, you can expect to wait at least twenty minutes. And they don't always have everything in stock.

Anytime I've been here, the lady working (I believe her name is Sarah) is always so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She goes above and beyond even in very small ways, and it doesn't go unnoticed. I believe she's the manager of this canonsburg location, just incase i got her name wrong - she's the one with the awesome hair. Highly recommended this location for any and all cricket wireless needs.

I purchased a phone for my father who lives out of town. Sarah was so helpful and very kind throughout the whole process. She actually took the time to set up the phone for him to make it less confusing for him to use. She went over and above for us. I highly recommend this location and Sarah. Ask for her, you will be so glad you did!
