Would not recommend service center. Tried to lie and get an extra $300 out of me. When I requested the faulty part in question the tech and TWO managers could "no longer find it". Right... sure.

My BMW was brought there after it was damaged at Monroes(Fairmount, wv) mechanic shop. Throughout the whole process Tyler from parts and Matt S.from advisory gave me 100% reassurance they could help. I would recommend anyone and everyone that has a Bmw to bring it to this location for absolute professional and pristine service.

I have been bringing my BMW X5 to Bobby Rahal service department since I bought it and I always work with Matt Sior. I truly have to say that this is by far the best service department I have ever brought my car too the building is beautiful and clean. Matt is awesome to work with and everyone is always smiling and so professional , I would definitely recommend this service department to anyone!! And Matt thank you for everything you do.

I contacted this dealership about a used Jeep grand Cherokee. I asked them to price an extended warranty and they sent me an ENDURANCE warranty?
I’ve never seen a “Dealership” offer an a cut rate, known thru out the industry as a sham, warranty over the manufacturer warranty.
I realize this isn’t a Jeep dealership, so you would simply want to direct me to the manufacturer for the warranty I need?
To offer me this type of warranty is a slap in the face and a clear sign this is a place to avoid.
Even the literature that was sent to me for the warranty say it has a lot of negative reviews?
Stay clear of this Dealership.

Outstanding place to deal with. Outstanding service, as always. My family has dealt here many times throughout the years and each time was a wonderful experience. I just purchased an X2 today and everyone was accommodating. Our sales person was Jasen. He made the process smooth sailing. He even assisted with installing my child’s car seat into the new vehicle. Very accommodating! I’d recommend purchasing a vehicle here. They have your best interest.

My experience purchasing a used car at Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills was exceptionally smooth, and I would like to commend the professionalism and enthusiasm demonstrated by Jordan Jesse and Luke Teyssier. Luke's prompt email responses and professional demeanor during initial communications set a positive tone for the entire buying process. Jordan provided incredibly warm service during both the viewing and pickup stages, going above and beyond to assist me in coordinating inspection appointments with the mechanic. Overall, it was a fantastic car-buying experience. I'm highly impressed by the service provided by the team at Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills and will certainly recommend them.

Called for touch up paint for my 18 yr old e46 m3. Had it in stock and ready for me when I arrived. Didnt get judged for being in dirty work attire and warmly greeted. Great customer service.

Rahal BMW in Canonsburg PA. A meticulously maintained facility filled with people that smile and say hello, offer hospitality and assistance with every interaction. I worked with Demond Nixon as well as Mark Balzerini to purchase one of the finest machines that BMW has ever produced the X3 M40i.
Demond, a calm fellow that is both knowledgable and attentive. He speaks clearly, honestly and to the point. I appreciate his confident straight forward style and never wasting my time.
Mark, an old school professional with a wicked cool accent. I will reach out to this sales tandem for every car purchase moving forward as this transaction was easy professional and efficient.

Without fail, Rahal BMW goes above and beyond to exceed expectations at every visit. From the valets to the managers, everyone is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department is amazing and has reasonable service packages for maintenance. Travis is my service advisor for both of my vehicles and always makes the process easy. I am extremely impressed that he recognizes me and addresses me by name even if I don’t have an appointment. Hats off to the entire team, they deserve recognition for their dedication and quality work!
