1400 Main St, Canonsburg“Beautiful property, you can tell the staff and management team care about the property as it well maintained. There is always some type of resident event happening and the office is always decorated nicely.”
“Bob and Amanda are top notch! Need ANYTHING from maintenance? Mike and Shawn are there fast with kindness and great knowledge, they are respectful and they will take care of anything that you need. The townhouses are absolutely fantastic, take it from a guy who has a family, you can raise your children here with peace of mind. It’s a great place. Move in ready and it feels like home! Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful, kind people.”
“I lived at Lakemont Gardens Apartments for the past two years. I loved EVERYTHING about it. My apartment was so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors were all kind. They always said hi or stopped to have a conversation with you when in close proximity. Jeanine, who works in the office, was always so helpful and quick to respond. I LOVED the pet free community aspect as well. The only reason I moved was due to a relocation to FL. I wish I could've transplanted the entire community with me. Definitely recommend this complex.”
“Valleyfeild Apartments is a wonderful place to call home. Each apartment has its own front porch and is very peaceful. Parking is superb as well. The grounds are well maintained and provide ample space for enjoying the outdoors and/or walking your dog, all within the property. The office is quick to respond for requests and provides a peace of mind in knowing anything out of your liking will be remedied with swift kind responses. Getting mail and packages is very easy and accommodating as well. And the location! Central and close to just about everything in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend Valleyfeild to any person or family looking for spacious, clean, and affordable living.”
“Lived here November 2017 till June 2022; very nice experience, friendly neighborhood. I lived in building 1 where we had access to the clubhouse and business center without having to walk outside. Views were splendid! Could see the road, and bbq area, along with a nice green area.Through our stay we had problems with water heater, dish washer, washing machine/dryer. Considering it was an unrenovated apartment for cheaper rent, I didn't mind. Maintenance gave us new appliances to replace our broken ones, no increase in rent too!you have giant eagle, kohls, best buy and other shops within a 5 min walk.In the winter sometimes i have had to call maintenance to fix heater, and it would get fixed by the end of the day which was nice.Sometimes, we got water main break issues in the area as a whole... Maintanance bought water bottles, and got water tanks outside and in garages to make sure everyone had water for the day.If you are looking for an apartment around Pittsburgh, Liberty Pointe is definitely one of the best. If not the best. When we moved out, the management wished us a good luck, and in their check of the house, they were a bit more lenient since they were going to renovate it either way. (Lots of apartments try to rip you off money by saying random things)I will definitely miss my time in Liberty Pointe, and do plan on moving back there in the future.for those wondering why I moved out, It was purely for job opportunities in a different state.”
“I have lived at 1400 Main at Southpointe Town Center for nearly two years. My stay here has been very nice. The maintenance crew has been very attentive and answered my requests promptly. The management with Tanner, Denine, and regional property manager Shay have been awesome. The amenities (gym, pool, jacuzzi, and Great Hall) make this a great place to live. I highly recommend this apartment as an option to anyone who is looking for a new place.”
