Would not recommend this company. Called to get my car towed after an issue with the battery and alternator. Called to get a tow, simple. However they did not disclose the cost over the phone, which was significantly higher than surrounding tows and i was tight on money at the time. One would assume with a higher cost you would get higher quality service. Boy was I wrong. The two men who came to get my car, one who I found out after the fact is an owner at the shop, were very snarky and rude. When the price was finally disclosed, and I told them I couldn't afford the service, the owner scoffed and rolled his eyes before saying "you should have said that over the phone." I couldn't even ask the price before they hung up on me jumping at the opportunity for money. Absolutely ridiculous the lack of any professionalism. I even offered to pay them most and get the rest to them at a later date, when the owner said "we don't know you." Yeah, that's typically how acquiring new customers works. Unfortunately you'll never know me. If you're in need of a tow and found this review, call Bob Tharps Towing. They're around the clock available, more affordable, swift and prompt and know how to maintain professionalism instead of belitting potential customers. Only reason this place gets one star is because unfortunately I cannot give them zero. Could not recommend any less than this already lengthy review.

Huge thanks and recommendation to Campbells Towing Services in Houston! We were stranded by the Dollar General after getting flooded out. After a rescue boat crew got us to dry land, we were then again stranded as my car was stuck at the American Legion 902 where I was working earlier. Paul and his truck were on site with a few other emergency crew members. Paul generously offered to give us a ride to where we needed to be for the night, no questions asked! Thank you again Paul for being kind and looking out for your community! ??

Fantastic to work with. I called because my wifes vehicle would not start. They were at her location within a few minutes, towed the vehicle to their shop, and had it fixed the following day.Paul was extremely polite professional and we could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent folks to deal with. My car broke down and I was stranded. They towed my car to their shop and fixed it the next day. They are honest, kind and caring folks. Very knowledgable andreasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
