Absolutely worst customer service. On being your own cup day they wouldn’t let me fill up my cup but it fit all standards. I wish there was a corporate number I could reach out to.

Sometimes I purchased lottery here. Sometimes I used their ATM. I always wear a mask but informed by news as of this morning, August 18, 2022, all mandates dropped. Bad news for people like me who caught it bad.Cashiers are usually friendly. Some even wish you luck on lottery.If they haven't dropped their cough/sneeze screens' its' coming.

It’s very nice with very friendly managers so every time i go there to purchase the items i need then in case i couldn’t find what i am looking for then the managers are extremely very helpful to help me to find what i am looking for and their 2 claw machines are amazing but definitely should keep it refilled with well maintained on the lightbulbs inside of them.

Is there anyway that anytime in the near future you guys / the management or someone will know your hours so that you can let people know your hours that you will be open? Is there any way at all possible to let customers know Like once you decide what your hours are. I have been trying for about six weeks now to see if I could get an answer just an idea of what your hours are that you’re open. It would be just fantastic if there’s anyway to find out. I thought maybe there might be some way to find out since it is a business ?♀️ Thanks in advance

Second time now I bought moldy milk from this store! Milk isn't expired either. So I'm not sure what exactly is going on at this store but it's unsafe and disgusting.

This is by far the worst store with the most lazy workers. The owner is super sweet, however, she doesn't know how to run her employees. They get away with everything. I've had the cappachino machine explode on myself and my husband several times and the lazy worker Michelle, doesn't even care. She just stands behind the counter and text away on her phone, "ya the machine isn't working again", funny how the machine only doesn't work when she's working. Nevermind that two customers have been scolded by the hot water. The owner needs to be careful, or she will end up with a law suit!!!

They are NOT open 24/7. I get that they're not a normal sized 7-11 and have a smaller staff though so I can't really blame them. The staff that does work there are super nice whenever I go in. Don't advertise as 24/7 if you aren't. Little bummed that I get off of work in the -am and just wanna grab a snack on my walk home, and go to bed, but can't. 2 stars because they're open most hours and they're super chill.

Great cashiers. I'm always in and out and they're always nice and polite. It's a huge plus that this location carries Turners Iced Tea.

Owner argued with me over the Deadpool promo slurpees. The displays clearly advertised $0.69 refills. When I told her, then SHOWED her the price she told me those were a mistake. When I showed her the info on 7-Elevens FB Page she told me it didn’t matter she was taking down the displays. When I asked if she was going to cal corporate before doing so she said “yes”. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t charge me $0.69 as there was no where on the register for that price
