I've been to Zales many times with my husband over the past 4 years. Our first purchase with them was a ring for my husband it was for his 60th birthday. Kate, Amy, Benjamin were all wonderful. Then we met Sarah, Ellen, and Shannon. We honestly can say we have never had a bad experience. Say, always have us have a seat and wait our turn to be waited on. They are not pushy and they show you what you want to see. And try to offer you the best deals and get the best information for you on the payment method you choose. They have good conversation and it's not put on. They even have a little humor when they're dealing with their customers. They actually try to get to know their customers likes and wants, and needs. ?

Start by saying every time I’ve been to zales I’ve never had any issues, always previously had positive experiences. However today i was treated by a woman employee with disrespect and complete rudeness. I was just getting my rings cleaned there that I indeed purchased there.No one else in the store and she acted as if cleaning my rings was an issue for her. My niece was even with me and commented on how rude she was being towards us. Quite upset with the interaction to be honest. You would think you would want previous customers who also have a credit card with your company to make more purchases . However I will definitely not, at least from this location.

The woman we spoke to get our ring cleaned was very rude and passive aggressive. We were very kind said very few words and she seemed to have a problem with us customers being there.

Walked in met with Kate she was pleasant and not pushy she spent a lot of time with me helping me to get what I wanted and could afford. Benjamin the manager went above and beyond and helped me with an even better price because he saw I was not going to be able to afford the price of the ring. I couldn’t ask to buy jewelry from a kinder group of people. I will always buy from here thank you Kate and Benjamin for your amazing customer service which is very rare these days.

Will never shop at Zales again. We were told we could get a sale item special ordered to the size needed, and then waited through many days of waiting, with no contact, and then when called, did not even know who we were. We went in person a few days later only to be told our information had been thrown away and they would re-contact the special order department. After a week of waiting, poor phone responses, we found out we could not get what was promised to us to start with. The sales person did not seem to be genuinely interested in us, just making her sale. In fact when we returned, she did not even remember what we had originally spoke to her about. Kate at the Capital City store dropped the ball, she misled us without checking into things and then led us along only to slam the door on us when we finally called her out. One excuse after another bred the distrust we now have. While we typically buy items on sale, we've never had this type of "push to the side" service as we did this time.

I had a great experience tonight while in for a ring cleaning. Ellen worked really hard to find my account and made sure future visits will be simple moving forward. I was able to chat with Ben, the manager, while he assisted her in locating the account. They were both so friendly and helpful.
