Worst company ever. Every experience i have had with this company is no good; they schedule a delivery and without fail, the day before delivery I get a text saying it's delayed. I wish companies would not use them to deliver their goods. It makes them look bad...Samsung appliance delivery was the worst delivery experience I have ever had. The crew delivering the goods were great -no complaint about their delivery employees- but the company is not. For this reason alone, i will never order Samsung appliances from Samsung again. Well, unless they drop this company. I just ordered something from another company that had a scheduled delivery this weekend and low and behold, yet another text saying delivery is postponed. wish i knew they were delivering from the getgo or i would have ordered something else.

Waiting for one box for four weeks and counting. Canceled delivery twice to complete other orders.Received a delivery previously. One of the two workers said, "28 boxes? You better take good care of us." Very professional!No effort on their end to fix their wrongs.

Horrible experience. Will not deal with RXO, or knowingly order anything from anyone who ships through them, ever again. I was supposed to have a refrigerator delivered and be notified the night before of the delivery window. Not a word from them, either the night before or the morning of the scheduled delivery. Called their 800 number to find out when to expect delivery, but they didn't know and said they would email the local hub and then get back to me. No one ever got back to me. In the meantime, the tracking info on their web site was updated to show that my delivery had been rescheduled for 11 days later!!! No notification (call, text, etc.) to let me know the date change, and no explanation was provided. I only found out because I checked the tracking info on the web site. I tried for 4 days to get in touch with someone to get it moved earlier, and got no response. I finally cancelled the order and found a refrigerator somewhere else that can deliver it before RXO's rescheduled date, which I had no confidence they would meet anyway.Update: Funny how, for 4 days, I could not get a response from anyone at RXO, but as soon as I write a negative review, I get a phone call as well as a written reply here within 1 hour of posting it. But your people were still unwilling to actually solve the problem. I've said all I have to say here. If you wish to speak with me, you already have my contact information.

Appearatly they have a multitude of drivers who don't care wether you get the right thing or not because skipping your installation gets their day done sooner...and when they have a scheduled delivery time between 1-5 pm coming at 11 am is completely acceptable to this entity..I know now to check places that I'm ordering from because it's important to know who employs a company with horrendous workers as ive experience as of recent

They delivered our refrigerator on a Friday afternoon and as usual our house presented a million obstacles. The delivery guys had every reason to be irritated but they weren’t. They were happy and actually made it fun. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

Just received our chair delivery. It was right on time and both driver and assistant were very nice and very professional. They went above and beyond helping us Seniors get the chair into our living room. I didn't get their names but would highly recommend them! Thank You! ?

I was supposed to receive a call the day before to let me know of the scheduled delivery window. I called at 7:12pm and she told me that I would receive the call within 15 minutes along with an email. Didn’t happen. They called me at 7:01am the day of delivery to tell me it’ll be delivered between 3:30pm and 6:30pm and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before their arrival. They showed up a little after 5pm with no phone call. The guys were super nice but the lack of communication isn’t for me. Considering this seems to be an on going problem from other reviews I would recommend that it’s something that RXO should focus on. Don’t tell customers you’re going to do something then not do it.

We had 2 deliveries with RXO- the first delivery they didn’t call before arrival and came in their Pjs. They were rude. Washer was broke. ( 1 star) if I have to give them a star.The 2nd delivery they called prior to delivery and were prepared and respectful. 4.5 star service.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Was supposed to get a call with a delivery window 24 hours before delivery. I called at noon the day before to ask my delivery time. They said I'd get a call by 4pm. 420 came and no call. I called again. They said I'd get a call by 7. No call by 7. I called again. They said by 9. Still no call. I called again. They then told me I'd get a time in the morning. Was on phone over 90 minutes with these people, most who do not comprehend English. Asked for a supervisor many times. Never was one available. Absolutely horrible experience. Now the item is supposed to arrive today, and I have no clue when they will arrive. If they do actually show up, I'm going to make sure the process takes way longer than it needs to. This is what happens when you hire people that are off shore.Ps. If 0 stars were an option, they would get that rating.

This company is by far the worst company we've ever had to deal with. I'm not sure how they are actually still in business. We have been waiting since early November for our package to arrive. They have cancelled and rescheduled our delivery at least a dozen times and I wish that was being dramatic. Every time they reschedule (for the next day of course), they send a cancellation several hours later basically saying "just kidding, it will arrive the NEXT day" and then it just continues...we STILL do not have our package and my spouse has spoken to their management countless times and we get the same exact response "oh it will be there tomorrow, it's on the schedule for tomorrow". Do yourself a favor and if you're dealing with this company, cancel your order NOW and find a new one. They are THE WORST company. We're on the schedule AGAIN for tomorrow.... but again, it will not arrive and it will be rescheduled likely around 6pm tonight. What a joke.

Just like all the other reviews this is absolutely a garbage company. This company absolutely doesn’t do anything they say they are. Twice they failed to deliver my dishwasher. They stated I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Didn't get that. they stated they would call me the day before with a time window. didn't get that. They stated they were sending urgent emails and I would receive a call back. Never received those. Took them a week to find it after the first failed delivery before I was allowed to reschedule. Then another two to attempt another delivery which they also failed. Do your self a favor and skip this awful company. All they will do is let you down.

Absolutely garbage company. A good company today is measured by doing what they say they are going to do. This company doesnt do anything they state they are. They stated I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Didn't get that. they stated they would call me the day before with a time window. didn't get that. I even called them two days before my delivery and told them it was imperative that I get this call as I work close to my house. I even had to call them the day before my delivery and find out the window of time only to be told it will be between 7am and 8pm. We just had snow the day before and I shoveled and cleared the perfect path for them to deliver my equipment. They are literally Trying to ruin Christmas for my wife. Do your self a favor and skip this awful company. All they will do is let you down.
