we had missed our trash pick up last week due to my own fault so i put in for a missed pickup. WM drivers claim they picked it up the next day, which they did not. so i waited till the next day and called again so customer service put in for another pick up. friday came and my trash was still there so i called once again and was told it was too late in the day for them to make it back out. so yesterday was my pick up day. they never showed but put in the system that i was picked up, which it was not. i called yesterday and complained and was told they would be by the end of the day yesterday to pick it up. so today it was still there i called once again and was told they said they picked it up which was a lie. customer service put in for another ticket for a missed pick up and finally today the drivers came for my 2 weeks' worth of trash. when they showed up i walked to the bottom of the driveway to thank them for taking my trash and i was ignored by the driver. then i asked if he was the regular driver and he told me he was but not the other guy. to which i questioned why they said it was picked up when it was not and they told me that they were broken down. what a load of BULLSHIT! DO NOT USE THEM!

WM is a ~$21B company and doing quite well financially so an individual's business is insignificant, I get that. Despite attempts that spanned several days and being reassured that they'd pick up our missed trash, they have not. They cited that my trash barrel wasn't out on the day of the pickup which is a lie as I actually put it out the day before (no, the pickup days didn't change). Their voice recognition software is atrocious and their outsourced customer service offered no solutions. Go with WM at your own peril and we're going with their competitor and candidly, they couldn't care less about a single home owner's service. Pity!!

I know national companies could care less about the average joe but maybe this will save someone else the hassle of dealing with this pathetic company. April 2021 I rented a roll off dumpster for a residential property, the driver who delivered it joked about it being his first week on the job and asked for patience while being there. He backed the dumpster in and unloaded where I asked him to, and all was good. Fast forward to 2024; same property, same request for another dumpster in the same location. The driver they sent, late in the day, said it was impossible to unload where I needed it and put me down as a refusal of delivery. I spent over an hour and a half, passed off to 5 different people on the phone the next day trying to get another dumpster scheduled. I was also told that I was wrong telling them that I used their service before because they had no record of it in their system. I still have all confirmation emails and receipts from 2021 to prove otherwise. They assured me one would be delivered the next day however. The next morning, I receive a call telling me that no dumpster could be delivered, their most experienced driver said it could not be placed where i needed it and that I was still wrong about using their services before. As of now I am out $713.45 which they quickly charged me when I ordered the dumpster originally and still have no dumpster to clean out the property for settlement next week.

I have set out recycling and lawn bags in the past few weeks and they aren’t taken. I’ve also had issues with the wind blowing my bins over and not being emptied because of it. I was told that they would return to take care of it, and they never did. I pay so much and get mediocre service.

The service is good. That being said, they have increased their prices, which have doubled in my area. It would be nice if senior citizens could receive a discount. The cost is outrageous!

For 3 weeks you haven't picked up my trash.You picked up my recycling each week.My account is paid.I contacted South Middleton and informed them and you picked up my trash.I trust this has been resolved.I never hear from you, so I am in the dark here.You have very poor customer service when your paying customers have issues.

Everything was fine until recently. Worker blatantly dumped the lid to my recycling bin into the truck without a care in the world, clearly intentional (got it on my Ring camera). Reached out to online chat (because they make it so hard to actually talk to someone on the phone) and asked for a new lid. They assured me it would be dropped off on the following Monday. I specifically told them I didn't want a wheeled toter like some others have in my development, and they reassured me it would be a new lid and not the wheeled toter. Monday came and went, never received a lid. Come today, they dropped off a wheeled toter and then took my old recycling bin. So exactly what I was assured wouldn't happen, happened.

I have had trash men destroy my yard, yell at my neighbors with profanities, called into customer service for billing issues, cancelling service even, all has been nothing but absolute horrendous service. Good riddance!

Never goes above and beyond.Last tym I replaced my toilet.I don’t put in recycle bin as no space to put.I put it aside of bin,but it was never not taken from there.
