I recently went to Windsor for homecoming dress shopping with my family, and while the dress selection was decent, the fitting room situation was a disaster. The line for the fitting room stretched all the way through the store from front to back. To make things worse, half of the fitting rooms were closed, which didn’t make any sense, especially on a busy Sunday afternoon during homecoming season. We waited in line for an hour, only for them to suddenly open the rest of the fitting rooms when we finally reached the front. The entire wait felt completely unnecessary and poorly managed. Overall, a really frustrating experience!

Emma, Lauren, & Neveah all deserve extra pay for this last weekend. They worked above and beyond to please all the customers and keep things moving smoothly.

ITS A 10/10 Joanna and Mackenzie deserve the largest gold medal ever! Homecoming is not kind to retailers. BE KIND TO THEM! They were like fairy godmother's walking out of the dressing racks to put stuff back. Knew where everything went, just a blur of sparkles and satin.

Managers act nice to you but are actually extremely rude and whisper things about you

A girl there with pink hair helped me, I wish I got her name, but she was absolutely so sweet and kind and helped me pick a pair of shoes out for a wedding. My original pair never arrived so we had to rush to the mall before close. We need more retail employees like her in the world! Coming from someone who has worked retail for a long time, she helped someone coming In 20 mins before close just as she would someone shopping during normal hours. she greeted me with a smile and was more than happy to help! Much respect for her, and 5 stars! Give that girl a raise!

I bought tree dresses and the fit perfectly. I love the colors and how much it bring out my curve. My boyfriend was all over me. This is a good store to shop at.

Its a cute store if you have the money and the taste for style of their clothing, that being said. They are more styled for the early to mid 20 age group than they are to the younger or older age group. A lot of their clothes seem to be for partying/clubing.

Don’t come here!!! Skylar the one manager is extremely rude not just to costumers but her coworkers. I heard her yelling at a coworker who looked pretty young probably 16. Fitting room is always dirty, horrible lighting, I could go on. Don’t support this store it should be shut down!!!

Homecoming. Dress shopping. An experience that should be magical, especially for a first time freshmen. Hence why I was appalled when a blue haired brat was dictating my best friends first homecoming shopping experience. She made it a harsh and hostile experience, not only for me, but for everyone there. Whispers of "that was rude" and "she's on a power trip" we're heard throughout the crowd. Do not shop here as her attitude was the bane of my homecoming experience.

a girl refused to wait on me and was going up to her coworkers pointing and whispering, clearly about me. i don’t know what her problem is but i was buying one thing and it was the worst shopping experience of my life. her name tag said sadie, i think, and she should not be working in customer service if she chooses to treat people this way.
