The ATM is ALWAYS down. Some guy in front of me had his card stuck in the machine. It wouldn't give it back. I got out and tried to help him.

Upon arrival, I intended to deposit a check but needed to use the bathroom first. However, when I inquired about the restroom facilities, I was informed that there was no bathroom available.
I understand that limitations in facilities may exist, but having access to basic amenities like a restroom is essential for customers' convenience and satisfaction.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

ATM is down almost every day. It’s either “out of service” or won’t take cash deposits. At this point I’m not sure why they even offer this “service” to their customers. Absolutely horrible!!

We had an appointment at 3pm for one hour but I have reached there 3.20 unfortunately. They didn’t accept the appointment. Employees were so rude and I had to reschedule to other branch.

People use a Bank that don’t charge a $10 monthly fee and $35.00 dollar overdraft fee, which is more then what there stock cost. The financial system is designed to make people have bank accounts so Banks like Wells Fargo take advantage of it!

Drove there to deposit cash via the ATM only for deposits to be unavailable. Good thing gas is cheap

I tried cashing out some money the guy wanted my I.d and debit card than he started to proceed in back of me putting the numbers in the back I said no and left. Very sketchy way of retrieving money. Very disappointed.

Tried to refinance two mortgages! Have over million in cash and stock! Gave me a locked in rate then refused to refinance because I'm retired!! Bank has major problems!! A waste of time!!
